I did not remember which video but it is one of it in this series, "The game becomes not fun cause you got too good", I could not agree more man. I was playing Lor, climb to high rank and I find myself not enjoying the game anymore. So I decided to try to learn chess, because I know nothing about it(by nothing I mean I only know the basic rules) , and it is kind of fun. Playing chess all the time is kind of too much for my brain, watching this kind of gives me a break and can still learn something. Thanks man, great content

Being down an exchange is absolutely not resign-able even at the highest levels, it's definitely not resign-able in a 1400 blitz game. Even in a 1400 classical game I don't see why you'd ever resign just down an exchange with so much on the board.
