White can still force the repetition mentioned at 5:20 regardless of whether we play 5...Nd5 or 5...cd, right?

I've been playing this line for a short while now at ~1600 lichess (along with the Envy Gambit) and had excellent results! However, the other day I got hit with 6. a3 (stopping Bb4+), and was completely shook. While my opponent eventually lost on time, the analysis showed that I was dead lost the whole time, and my opponent simply missed a lot of obvious wins. Sure enough, 6. a3 is the third best move in this line (after exd4 and Rb1, both of which you analyze in the original video) and gives white a +2.5 advantage... I'm curious if you ever analyzed this move, or if it just so happens to be the hidden engine refutation to my favorite anti-London opening??

What happens if white goes 3.d5 Instead of Nc3? I believe GM Simon Williams recommends this.
