"I completely forgot about that Molly!"

From the incident report: "On October 21, 2019 at approximately 10:47 hours, Lower Township Patrolman Danze conducted a motor vehicle stop on Bayshore Road by Miami Avenue in the Villas, New Jersey. Upon approach to the vehicle Ptlm. Danze made contact with the driver/defendant Breanna Gara and the passenger Matthew Britton. Ms. Gara appeared nervous and her hand was shaking. Mr. Britton appeared to be under the influence of C.D.S. During questioning, Ms. Gara gave inconsistent answers and continued to act nervous. During further investigation, Ms. Gara admitted to having hypodermic syringes inside the vehicle . Ptlm. Danze retrieved the syringes located inside the center console. Some of the syringes appeared to contain a liquid believed to be C.D.S. Also located in the center console were several small plastic containers with C.D.S. residue. One container contained a white power substance. Ptlm. Danze continued the search of the vehicle and located a green bag in the rear seat containing multiple hypodermic syringes and located a plastic vial containing suspected C.D.S. in her purse. Ms. Gara was placed under arrest and searched incident to arrest. Located in her front pocket was a clear plastic bag containing suspected "Molly" (MDMA). Ms. Gara was transported and processed, and the suspected C.D.S. and paraphernalia were entered into evidence."

I will never forget this older female cop, pulled me over right after I left the dope spot. Had needles and a 10 dollar bag. That lady did me the biggest solid, treated me almost like a son. I had to dump the heroin on the ground and throw the needles. This was in Dallas. I was straight forward with her. She was an angel, and spared me a felony charge. I wish I knew her name because, fucking hell, she really showed me the most love.

That same exact thing happened to me in the 90's but it was beer. Me and my boyfriend were pulled over and we had a bunch of empty can in the back seat floor and a case of beer and also our open containers. Cop made us dump/pour our beer out in the street as he watched. Then we had to take the cans and throw them in the back of my bf pickup and drive them to a dumpster. Then head home. And we did exactly as he said. Biggest break ever.

I was stopped for speeding by a state trooper in Oklahoma, driving my wife and two kids to a state park for a car camp weekend. The trooper asked why we were in Oklahoma when we live in Texas. I was polite and truthful, telling him I knew I was speeding a little, but I wanted to get to the state park and get settled before it got too late in the evening. I told him in front of wife and kids I was sorry. He said he appreciated us visiting a state park in Oklahoma and said he very much appreciated my honesty and apology. He then said, "I want y'all to please observe the posted speed limit signs, come back and visit us again sometime, you're free to go, just watch your speed." I said, "Yes sir, and thank you for your kind understanding." He says, "Enjoy your weekend!" Case closed, no ticket. My family said, "He's a nice man." So, the moral of the story is... be nice to the officer, tell the whole truth, say you're sorry, and don't try to weasel out of anything. Believe me, police appreciate respectful honesty and some remorse. Don't ever lie to police and never run from them. Be respectful.

Im so grateful to be almost 3 years clean. Watching this is pretty triggering but man am i thankful. I almost died in 2020 from gerting sepeis due to reusing my dirty needles. Was in the hospital for 2 months and had to learn to walk again. I have permanent damage in my foot And every single day is a constant reminder of that time in my life. I worked in a warehouse with a really sweet gal. Unfortunately she had painful back problems, they were so bad that she moved in with a drug dealer. One day when she was at home, a sheriff knocked on the door to serve a warrant for her boyfriend. She answered the door with a weapon and killed the officer. A very sad situation for all. Sometimes health issues are the cause for drug use.

I cry every time I’m pulled over. I heard a cop a few cars behind me the other say “pull over” through the loud speaker and I nearly had a heart attack. It wasn’t for me, but I got that heart dropping, dizzy feeling when I realized he was talking to someone else. I think he’s trying to build probable cause to get a dog or search her car.

I know at least 3 local LEOs who, when they pull someone over who seems nervous, they ask the person what they are nervous about. If their response is anything like, I'm a nervous person or I'm nervous being pulled over, their responses are something like, I get it, cops can be scary. And, they are sincere. I grew up in an upper middle class family, 2 parents, fairly happy home in a nice rural town. But kids will be kids and teens will be teens, my friends started experimenting so I did as well. Within 5 years I was a regular heroin user. 4 trips to rehab and by the grace of God I’m clean now going on 11 years. It can happen to anyone, keep an eye on your kids! Really good kids make really dumb choices sometimes too!

Recovering addicts here clean for over a year had been using for 14 years of my life IV user like to use just about everything just a regular old trash can my heart goes out to all of the people in this comment section who have dealt with and are dealing with addiction and it is possible to recover. Addiction is a cunning enemy it is the devil and it is the hardest thing that you will ever have to go through in your life. Sobriety is so much better than being in the drug game. I have been like her I have carried needles around with me when I did not have dope I used to shoot up water because I loved the needle that much. Even after I quit shooting up I kept my needles for quite a long time before I finally had the courage to throw them away. God is good and he does Grant Miracles and in my case he granted me a miracle and that is that I got sober and that I am happy living my life and I still have my health and my family. Police officers are just trying to keep the public safe and unfortunately people go to jail and lose a lot of things in life but the one thing that you can always have is sobriety if you really want it that bad. God bless all of you God bless this woman and her boyfriend and I pray that they are healing

@Jordan Harris THAT IS A STRAIGHT LIE, STOP MAKING UP FACTS. TRAUMA DOES NOT EQUAL DRUG ADDICTION. IT IS 100% choice to begin using drugs. However, dealing with as many addicts as I have, most will take your money or take advantage of your generosity, never your help. You're a target to them, you're their next high. I will admit I feel bad for addicts to an extent, but I'm sick of people making excuses for most of the scum bag addicts. There are resources, and most choose to not use them, or go back to drugs.
