In this video I did daily pushups and pullups every day for 60 days. Daily bodyweight workouts helped transform my body and help me build muscle and burn fat with calisthenic exercises. Over the course of this 60 day fitness challenge, I got stronger and saw noticeable improvements in my pushups and pullups. I am really happy with my at home workout routine and my overall body transformation. Hope you guys like the video,
Have a great week guys! Cheers.

I do weighted dips and pull ups/chin ups (50lbs for about 15 reps each @ 83 kgs bw) 6 days a week as an essential part of my workout. I do quads, calves, abs+ chest and back one day, and bi's tri's shoulders every other day. My goal is to have workouts that last 30-40min and that I can do at home. I'm currently 83 kgs @ 11% bodyfat for 1m77 and never went to the gym once in my life, always trained at home. This saves time, money and motivation when you just have to switch room.

Pushups are heavily underrated and you can see some awesome gains from them if you are consistent. Just dont be like me and neglect the back workouts. I also added some weights work out, with the ones I have at home. I've seen some progress, but the main thing now is that I quit sugar, as of now it has been two and a half weeks, and there is difference. I've lost around 3 pounds in that period. Any suggestion what else can I do? My goal is to get to around 250 pounds.

You can take those daily pushups and pull-ups sets to failure every day. You’ll grow more muscle with the increased intensity. Progressive overload is what continues to fuel the gains so make sure your reps continue to increase (assuming a constant number of sets). With only a few sets to failure you’ll be able to recover each day. This is coming from a guy who has trained full body daily for years.

Great inspiration. Thank you. However, at 7:50 you were saying you were exhausted. Well, if you don't pace yourself, you will naturally over train. I follow Mike Mentzer's HIT. It brings super results. And I say that advisedly. If you look at the guys following the routine you'll see what I'm saying is very valuable. You have to rest to allow the body to recuperate. Just because you train 'more', doesn't mean you are going to progress more! Indeed, you will see a reduction in muscle mass because the body is using it to heal and replace what has been damaged etc. If you don't rest enough. You won't progress much. Think about it.

doing 15 push push ups and pulls everyday won't make much of a difference if you that is all you do. it won't make much of a difference if you are adding it an existing daily workout plan. I don't believe this guy got leaner or stronger from from doing 15 to 20 min of body weight exercises. Just won't happen unless it they are high volume (think upwards of 500 push ups and air squats) in order to develop endurance and strength. With push ups you have to change hand distance and angle in order to hit different muscle groups.
