The side plank exercise (also known as side bridge) is the easiest, no-equipment strengthening movement for improving lower back resilience (in my opinion of course). After 1 year of side planks - things got a whole lot better.

Did you do side plank 150 seconds at once or in set? Please did you do reverse hyperext alng with side planks in one day ?

I worked up to 150 sec per side for 1 set, but I definitely didn’t start there! And I used to couple it with bird dogs most often, but reverse hypers definitely work too

How often did you do side planks, was thinking of implementing them on rest day (Tuesday, Saturday) ????

2-3 days per week, rest days could work!

Not nonsense. Side planks work really well and you get good results. They are hard though and need good mental toughness as they hurt and its a battle to not quit before you reach time
