I’ve met Nasser in person, he was very kind and friendly, spoke many languages fluently. He was misunderstood and robbed on stage time and time again. A true world class bodybuilder who lived and died for bodybuilding. Palumbo is a backstabbing snake for saying what he said.

The Professor was highly intelligent individual. He had a degree in history, political science and sociology. He was not like the rest of us. He spoke 7 different languages Serbian, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Arabic and French. His father is Egyptian and his mother was Serbian. He was born in Germany, but he was representing Yugoslavia/ Serbia. Everything he ever said had a meaning. For example when the lady asked him "where are you from"? "Um i think this doesn't matter" He said it because of his diverse upbringing. Not to offend anybody. Country he was born (Germany) his mother country and a country his representing (Yugoslavia/Serbia) or a country his father is from (Egypt). Thats why he was THE PROFESSOR ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Rest i piece Mr Sonbaty as you can see from above so many ppl around the world remembers you and love you ❤ .@@HulktubeMotivation

I saw Nasser compete at the 1995 night of champions. (Which is now called the New York Pro) Which was held at the beacon theater in NYC. He was very massive. I remember when he slammed his foot down and back while doing a rear lat spread (During pre-judging) which created a mild echoed effect.. The audience gasp. He won that show. The good old days. I clicked because of Monica Brant in the thumbnail. Also, in the 90's I worked out at a Gold's Gym and Nasser was a guest for the contest that weekend in town. My friend that worked at Gold's was his host / assistant for 2 days. He said Nasser only slept and ate. He slept something like 14 hours each day. It was funny listening to my friend tell the story, getting his food for him then watching him go back to sleep.

Sadly, I don't like this way of thinking. I don't care if he's popular and I'm not, I don't care if he's accomplished things and I haven't yet, he's never won the Olympia and there's a reason. It's important to have role models in life, whether it's our dad or famous people. We are all people in progress and we cannot do it alone. We must emulate other people in whom we believe or whom we admire. This is how we end up finding our own style. Nasser claims he didn't need it but I don't believe him. Moreover, this “angry” way of not giving a damn about everything may succeed for some, but at what cost? How can we enjoy life or our victories if we are always angry, serious or gloomy? Look at him: have you ever seen him not angry? Obviously, some young men who are frustrated, angry and in need of a role model will admire this way of being. Too bad for them. I wish them to find a form of peace of mind in which they can allow themselves to admire other people. Jay Cutler, for example, is an excellent role model to have. No?
