Honey is 85% free sugars and ripe bananas ARE PURE SUGARS. Sugars, when subjected to heat, GET MORE CONCENTRATED. THAT IS NOT "HEALTHY" AT ALL!! It is a CANDY MORE

That was two lovely nut and seed cookies you prepared and baked, the first one which had prunes used went so well with the other ingredients, the finished result looked so good to eat, I was waiting for them to come out of the over and they looked absolutely delicious, just add a hot drink and they would be finished in no time.Your second, blitzed peanuts with seeds and banana forming a lovely moist soft texture, when they came out of the oven baked to perfection and soft on the inside, another one ready to be devoured, they both would be a repeat bake.

G’day from Townsville NQ Australia. It’s winter here and the weather is beautiful with a top of 27 during the day and 16 is the average temperature in the evening. It’s more like spring. I’m going to make the recipe for nut bars❤

Thank you for the recipes. Just so you know that honey is the same as sugar for the body and when heated even worse. I would suggest maybe using something like date syrup. A tablespoon of date syrup contains more than twice the potassium, calcium, and magnesium levels of maple syrup or honey.

Peut on remplacer les noix de pécan par des noix de cajou ou macadamia? Ou juste mettre plus d'autres graines ? Les noix de pécan me carbonisent la bouche mais ça a l'air si bon🤤

Each substitute may impart a slightly different flavor or texture, so choose one based on your dietary preferences and the desired outcome. Aquafaba: Use 3 tablespoons of aquafaba as a substitute for one egg white. It has a similar binding property. Yogurt: Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt can add moisture and help bind the ingredients. Use about 2-3 tablespoons. Mashed Banana: Mashed ripe banana can contribute moisture and sweetness. Use about half a mashed banana as a replacement. Applesauce: Unsweetened applesauce can add moisture and act as a binder. Use about 1/4 cup.

En la segunda receta en los ingredientes en español , aparecen 50 gramos de aceite de girasol. Son 50 gramos de semillas de girasol. Excelentes recetas. Gracias ❤
