That was two lovely nut and seed cookies you prepared and baked, the first one which had prunes used went so well with the other ingredients, the finished result looked so good to eat, I was waiting for them to come out of the over and they looked absolutely delicious, just add a hot drink and they would be finished in no time.Your second, blitzed peanuts with seeds and banana forming a lovely moist soft texture, when they came out of the oven baked to perfection and soft on the inside, another one ready to be devoured, they both would be a repeat bake.

Thank you for the recipes. Just so you know that honey is the same as sugar for the body and when heated even worse. I would suggest maybe using something like date syrup. A tablespoon of date syrup contains more than twice the potassium, calcium, and magnesium levels of maple syrup or honey.
