Appearances of Elvis, Crockett's pet alligator, are gradually phased out this season and he will only be mentioned in passing from now on (except for a picture in "Love at First Sight" and a flashback in "A Bullet for Crockett", both from season 4, and briefly during the closing montage of season 5's "Freefall"). What happens to Elvis is never explained. Smoking among the characters (especially Crockett) is gradually phased out as well.

Had me going for so long when this episode first aired. Then I spent years trying to figure out at what point they decided to run the scheme, who knew and who didn’t, etc. A very good episode in an underrated season of the show.

This past summer I bought the series package watched all 5 seasons,it started off great the first two were great, Rico s girl and baby getting killed at the end of season 2 was sad, Sonny s black Ferrari getting blown up in season 3 was terrible, having his wife get killed in 4 reecked, and let's not mention the tasteless last episode but I loved how they had so many other famous people in it, Bruce Willis, Wesley snipes,J leguizamo, dame they even had kramer from Seinfeld and Don "Only in America" King,, but other than that,,, it's still a great show

Agreed completely.....in my personal opinion, I feel like the show start loosing it after the 3rd season....episode such as "Missing Hours" was questionable as to where the show was heading.....many criticized Dick Wolf for all these craziness and the new direction of the show....I guess Mann wasn't happy when he left
