The backrooms hasn't been a liminal space thing for years now. ^^;; The whole point of liminal spaces is that they're devoid of people apart from you. That feeling of "something's wrong here" coming from the spaces having been designed to have people in them, and being used to always seeing lots of people in them. The backrooms as it is now is a "different mazes with monsters chasing you" thing, only shadows from the original concept of liminal space still remaining.

drink water, limit screen exposure before using, and improve upon your hand-eye coordination to keep yourself balanced. the motion sickness occurs because the brain cannot register the space you’re in. so, as long as your body recognizes you’re in an open space you’ll be ok!
