Thought id pop in and say, as i dont have a chair yet of my own, i cant visit our river. Its the tn river and it surrounds our town. I love to go and watch the water. Helps me feel like i can do anything. I drive there and park but its nothing like a few yrs ago getting to sit with my feet in it and such. Its a peaceful place for me. I miscarried a daughter 4 yrs ago and just seeing an endless river healed so much. Crazy what nature can do for us.

Spent lots of time at Minnehaha Falls growing up. Fun walking behind the falls, when free-flowing (very loud, very wet!), and in winter, when it was a frozen wall of ice. Dad was professional photographer and the park was great place to take some stunning images.
