To be truly unhinged, make sure to mix in on purpose whiffed cross screen flips, ws mixups into backturn. Also 3~4 and df3,1 are great linear long range mids.

8:12 the combo after the while rising 4 is (B2 1) then (1+2 kincho) then I’d recommend (B2 1 )again The first (B2 1) needs to be executed pretty quick Same again for when you did it at 9:15

Reliable pickup from df4 counterhit is ws4 into b2 1, typically into 1+2 b2 1

When you have your sweep counter hit the way to pick that up is with the while rising 4 like what you already are doing then followed by down 22 hold back to put away sword if it’s out then down 222 then finish with 32 1+2. You do a piss load of damage that way. You can also add in df1 after the first d22 to add a little more damage. D22 seems to always pick up. The only thing is the tracking on it is really weird like you can end up completely missing people after floor break and near walls.

Another thing when the sword is away and you do 32 1+2 it has way more range and does more damage. Also when ur sword is put away you have ub 1+2 which is super good for keep out and a mix up when they’re on the ground. Another sword away thing is while crouching df3 is a hell sweep. After you do it a couple times if you do while rising 32 you’ll almost always get a counter hit on the sword swing. Also no sword flash is a full combo even tho they don’t go into the air. If you went all the way with yoshi I’d be so happy.

T8 Yoshi is just so much fun in T8, SC6 Yoshi is fun but I I think a lot of the cast of SC6 have fun gimmicks too. They're both great of course, T8 Yoshi just feels really well-rounded while still being a true representation of his wackiness.

Hold up after heat smash to go into helicopter. Up 3+4 can combo into his down 2. Any time you catch them with that you can get a full combo. Lastly anytime you get them hard stuck on a wall, ((1+2) forward 1 hold). That move does a lot of damage and is so demoralizing. So happy to see him finally taking a crack at Yoshi.

It's super risky if the opponent blocks since they can duck the second hit and launch you. Even if they don't duck, it's still minus on block. That and f 1+2 has some crazy reach, but it is a slow startup and isn't safe.

b3 and b4 are super powerful, and 3,1 to whiff punish gives good range to catch your opponents because b3/b4 can create a distance too long for df2. It's also great oki mixing in unblockable cancel fan thingy and bad breath.

Lee’s don’t “mostly play safe” anymore. Tekken 8 turned them into a mix of Hwoarang and Law mains. The only thing separating the Chad and scrub Lee’s are the blue spark moves. Other than that, if you don’t check them for approaching with their natural low string (like Hwoarang’s), they spam and mash like crazy and enforce online frame advantage lololol.
