I got a cheap 8in Bluetooth speaker with a 3.7v 1500mah battery. I know I could solder a bigger battery to it to make it last much longer, but what are your thoughts about changing the speaker? What’s a good cheap, but better speaker I could put in?

Measure the speaker and check out parts express online. They have anything you can think of and some good quality parts! I think changing the speaker is a great idea as well as upgrading the battery.
