Polish kebabs are heaven compared to the UK ones, better quality size, etc. It's better to have a nice tasty meal than a small talk with a stranger that you order it from for the 1st time. @@ElliHarper the drink? kompot
@DragonWorksOfficial Жыл бұрын
The drink(kompot) is more of a Eastern European drink, not just polish, but the point I wanted to make it that the things in the bottom aren't anything disgusting, just normal fruit. If you make a strawberry kompot, you just put a bunch on strawberries in a 1L jar, some sugar, top up with water, close the jar's lid and then boil it with your other jars for a few hours in a big pot full with water until the fruits have released their juice into the sugar and water mix. You're basically suveit-ing the hermetically closed jars with the fruits inside. Then you wait a month or two for the sugar to disolve properly in those jars and your drunk is done. It taste like a boiled strawberry with sugar would, and then you could serve it in a glass or a bowl, with the fruit inside if you want, as it's edible and quite delicious. It's basically a natural home-made fruit syrup, but instead of a thick syrup that you then mix with water to drink, it's pre-mixed and with the fruits still inside for a snack. No fermentation occurs within the jars, as everything that could've started it is killed in the boiling process.
