3 days ago, I bought 2 boxes of random stuff for like $150 Here's what I got: -rotor -fire lord -black phantom 2x -corroder -meltdown -rocka xl -scorpio -witch doctor -von nebula -a few 1.0 heroes -a few 2.0 heroes -a few 3.0 heroes There were like 30 sets, 10 of them were missing like 20% of the pieces but all of them were fresh and they seemed like they were just shipped out of the factory. Bulk bionicle is crazy value if you look good enough

Just pieced together one of those Roboriders from a few bricklink hauls! Those are a fun and silly theme that doesn't get enough love. Their pieces also go great with Throwbots parts since they share a lot of the same heads and whatnot. As much as I love Bionicle, I have to wonder what other creative Technic-based action figure themes they could've come up with had they stuck to their original plan of coming up with a new one every year... I also attempted to piece together a Gahlok Kal, but the legs/arms turned out to be fake pieces (the seller refunded me for those) so I substituted light blue ones, and I forgot to order silver sockets as I don't have any... So what I ended up with is a blend of Gahlok Kal and regular Gahlok, with Gahlok Kal's head and weapons but regular Gahlok's limbs and feet, and plain black sockets. It may be a misfit Bohrok, but a Bohrok is a Bohrok nonetheless and always fun!

Hey Ben, I’d love to see a Bionicle Inspiration Series episode on combiner models! I think MoCs that have the restriction of only being limited to a select few sets can have even more innovation and clever parts use than MoCs which are combiners

Hold up, $50 Aussiebucks for the Infinity Gauntlet? That's a steal! For me to feel like I properly own a set, I need all the parts and the Instructions. I can do without the packaging, although I likely wouldn't throw out canisters. Seeing those Robo Rider sets come with everything was great. And I'm glad you finally got your Bohrok-Kal. Just one more step until the collection is complete. Oh, and weird Scala/Belville stuff just to get a cool Trans-Medium Blue Plate is a big win, too.
