Hello lovelies, have you tried fried croissant before? Welp you will love this easy recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
Ingredients:
3cups all purpose flour
1 cup warm milk
2 tsp active dry yeast
3 tbsp sugar
1tsp salt
1egg
3tbsp unsalted butter
Vegetable oil for frying

I love a good croissant and this recipe looks pretty easy especially since you did all by hand so no stand mixer, which I don't have, is needed. Thank you! And I'm thinking you could add things inside the C before rolling, such as chocolate or ham or chicken. Wonderful video!!!
