So your current weight and height is exactly like mine so by watching this video, I know roughly how much weight I have to lose and how much calories should I consume everyday. Thanks so much Kit. Hope we reach our goals before this year ends.

I would recommend, if you can, to get your own reading done. He factored in the fact that I work out an hour and a half to two hours a day - between strength training and cardio (currently getting ready to train for my second marathon). I think it's definitely a good place to start, but when you are able, it would be most effective to get your numbers tested.

You can get almost 30 grams of Protien buy eating Protien bars or a nice protien shake. The bars are easier to eat

Japan kinda lacks in good protein snacks. Haha. But, I have found some amazing alternatives.

Does your stomach also sink from 11:00 to 12:30 ? Those numbers are giving me anxiety. Please focus on your mental state while calorie counting. Awesome job shooting all this.

I got this done at one of the military bases, but soon after we got our RMR's tested, they got rid of all the machines so I don't think there will be a part 2 or a update.

That’s me too I’m a personal trainer who gained weight over Covid and with age it’s harder for me to lose the weight now. I’m getting frustrated with it. Thank you for this❤️🙌🏿

That's why when my friend brought up her story and how she wanted to start a channel, I told her to do it because there's many people who used to be personal trainers that life happened to. Thank YOU for sharing your story.

good video ! i just wanted to add a little something if you'd allow me. The skin fold test was not very well executed by the guy and made the reading too low. I am a PT myself and just looking at your body composition, i would say you're much closer to 35-40% Body fat. Absolutely nothing wrong with that of course, but it's always useful to know! good luck :)
