I hope making the video was a helpful outlet and getting the words and emotions out helped somewhat. It sounds like you had many losses in a row and the weight is building up and you just need a win. If its any conselation your video quality is getting better bit by bit. Your thumbnail photos are becoming more vibrant which is something I recommended before, the music is not a distraction but instead reinforces what you are saying, and the use of lyrics on screen helps emphasize your message. There is growth happening and I recognize that. I see you trying, and for me thats enough to show that you moving bit by bit video by video. I really hope you have other outlets to help process your stress in a constructive manner rather than a fatalistic one. At the very least I hope it provides comfort for you in knowing that you do not struggle alone. Not only do the people who watch your videos empathize with you but millions of other people are going through the same thing, change which eventually happen sinces the current way is unsustainable. I told you before that I will watch every video you post so please dont stop posting. I cant wait to see how much can change in a years time when your youtube career shoots off and these moments will be a forgetable nightmare. If you every want to talk
