Hats off to you akka.... This is what I follow too... I never prefer medicines and always try to reduce my deficiency through healthy food... That is what I follow for my daughter from the day she was born and also for my husband... But most people dont follow this instead they consume the medicine prescribed by the doctor since it is the easy way... Even when I try to explain this 'unave marundhu' concept to people around me they don't listen to me... I have never seen people explaining about good and natural things in the way you do ... Hi Mahe even I had B12 deficiency and my iron count was 4 and hemoglobin was 5 and was admitted bcoz of these deficiency was there for almost 9 days. So true evn they medicines for 9 days and then whn I got discharged only through food I got it rectified. Touchood now everything is normal
