I lost my hair and I had always been known for my long, thick hair. It's devastating when you lose your hair. See, some people think it's just hair, but hair is a reflection of your overall health. Later that summer, I found out that I was toxic due to the foods I ate. That is why I say healthy hair helped my overall health. When I got that in line, I cleared up some health problems.

+7mike2300 Hi Mike, Hair treatment takes time and you have to be patient. I used many treatment for my hair and many of them did not work and since I am the kind of person that works, I cant be having oils in my hair and having greasy situation. Please be aware when you used hair treatment it does not take one day to grow hair, nor 7 days, it will takes more time than one month, you must be patient. I had my hair falling for nothing and I began to have a bald spot on my head and as woman that affected me a lot but men are no different from woman, it affects them as much as we do, you are young. I used Hair Essential, it took one whole month to stop the hair falling, then 4 months later I noticed baby hair coming out of my head, I have been using it for 3 and half years, my hair is completely full now after almost 3 years. I still use it, so hope this can help but everybody is different.

Stress was killing my hair. My scalp was oily, my hair was thin and it felt a lot in the shower. I wet to the dermatologist and she gave me this directions: exercise half an hour every day to help controlling my stress levels. Wash the hair every day instead of doing it every other day or every other two days (the natural oils were doing more harm than good) and stop pulling the hair up. Thanks for your advice, I'm sure they will be very helpful. God bless you
@stephjarr10 жыл бұрын
Why did your doctor say pulling your hair up is bad? I wear a bun everyday for work and I never thought it would be bad for my thinning hair.
@MissPonsy10 жыл бұрын
stephjarr well you add extra stress to the strand and the scalp. Have you notice it hurts a bit or feels funny when you let your hair down? That is not very good for the roots because you are actually pulling them out. The younger strands (the new hair) are delicate and can be pulled our easily, specially if you have an oily scalp like me. The excess oil lubricates the follicle (I'm not sure if it's spelled correctly, sorry) and makes it extra vulnerable and easy to pull out. So my doctor said be careful with the updos.

I'm suffering from hair loss (male pattern baldness) due to PCOS and it's extremely demoralising as I once had long THICK strands of unmanageable hair. Thank you so much for sharing! I too have a bald crown, but mine is more permanently damaged than a balding crown. I had a bald spot from chemically treating my hair and putting flat twist in right after, since I was 7 or 8. I am now 20, and I still have the bald spot. It is much smaller, but it wasn't until 7 years later that I begin to get my hair to grow back there. Hopefully these things will work for me.

Great video! This helped a ton for me (: I knew a little about what I needed to do, but this entire video was so thorough and informative and I learned so much. Another factor that usually affects people is sleep, because when you're sleep deprived your body is under stress and stops sending nutrients to your scalp to grow hair. Because like you said, hair is not essential to the body. (Source: Belgravia Centre)

@@shalenadiva Thank you for your reply. I am in my 70's and I just love your beautiful personality when you speak. You have the glow of the Lord all over you. I thought at first that my age was the reason I was losing my hair, but I have seen so many women of my age and older with a beautiful head of hair. I asked the Lord what's wrong with me, why am I losing my hair on top and the sides? I also was on a lot of medication for high blood pressure and cholesterol. The Lord impressed on my mind to trust Him not these medication (in which I was so tire of taking anyway). So I told my doctor that I was no longer going to take these medication anymore and if I die, I die! At least I know where I am going from here and looking forward to being with my Lord. You know it's been just about a year now since I stop taking my medication and my blood pressure has been normal and no problem with my cholesterol. I change my eating habits to more healthier foods, no fried foods, more veges and fruit and lots of water. I have been told that my complexion is even looking better for my age. My doctor is surprise. I just want to share this with you. Sorry I type so much, but this is my testimony. Praise the Lord!

I'm SO glad you said that: "don't make your hair a god" that's a problem I've been on the verge on, I've been so obsessive. Thank you for the video!

This video was very informative. Thanks for making this video. How much of the green veggies and/ or Perfect food powder do you eat or take in one day? Did you use the Jamaican Black Castor Oil and Emu oil together or separately on the sides and the crown area?

Thank you so much for sharing your experiences! I'm slightly obsessed with hair growth and your views on vitamins really make sense. Will be more mindful from now on.

AWESOME!!!! There are so many more things to consider with hair health. For example, I've cut so much of my hair over the past 2 years. Recently, guess what?!? I noticed that my curl pattern is off the chain. I mean my hair is curly all over my head. It's never been that way before. I can do wash and go's now. You see, my natural curl (which I never knew what it was before) was forming. Most folks focus only on length and miss out on the other wonderful aspects of natural hair. Much success.

i subscribed as soon as i noticed she actually does reasearch . sounds just like me right now I've been looking everywhere to find how to make my balding crown grow . i have a condition where i pull my hair out and it has gotten really really bad but im really going to pray about this , eat more healthier and also take my vitamins I've already been trying to drink more water and exercise so i guess when i find the time ill upload videos of how its coming along for me . thank you so much :)

Hey, Kimsalley21! You have to remember that shedding in itself is not a bad thing. It's actually your hair making room for new hair. If it is excessive thinning and balding, that's another problem. You should try the Emu Oil, too. Let me know your results. What kind of regimen do you have?

So happy I found your channel! I noticed last week that i too have a balding crown :( similar to your experience from a picture a friend took... Im going to be giving castor oil a go and stop wearing my hair in buns since Iv done this for years and abused my hair, started taking care of my hair with no heat for about 2 years and its only now Im seeing the damage of all those years... Thank you for this video, and your super pretty too!!! :)
