I’m glad you did this! Honestly my family gave me a little grief when I had my gumline raised, after my braces came off. I was insecure with my smile because had a gummy smile and my gumline was crooked. I had it done to improve my smile and to also reduce the risks of periodontal disease. it made me so happy and much more confident. My family must have thought the worse but once they saw the results, they realized it was something minor that made a huge difference. So you’re not alone. I understand.

Good for you!! I had a similar issue and I had my surgery done FOR ME. People who have not had something like this to deal with do not always understand it; just ignore anyone who expresses doubt about your decision! Good for you!! You’re so real and honest. I had a thyroid disorder at 23 that resulted in heavily hooded upper eyelids. Took til age 60 to nerve up to have blepharoplasty done bilaterally. Went to the best plastic surgeon in my area, out of my network and paid 5k total with anesthesia etc but best decision of my life. Bravo to you: wish I had done this years before! Looking alert for retirement 🤣, which I did early…….another great life choice. Cheered on by a great friend who actually died recently. Retire early!!! ❤️

Glad that u followed through on the removal especially after it started to hurt/be annoying. My brother had a similar experience but on his back that he ignored for almost 9 months. When he finally got it checked out; he found out he had stage 3 skin cancer. Fortunately he was able to get it removed without it metastasizing and is now back to full health. Always best to do what is best for yourself. Best wishes 4 continued good health and God bless.

I had breast augmentation done after my daughter turned 2 as what little I had before her birth completely disappeared afterward. Best decision I ever made as I felt more confident afterwards. Good on you Julia! You will be amazed at how much the scars will fade over the coming months (I had a mole removed at 17 and was very pleased at the result albeit in the first few weeks I wondered if the scars would ever go). The confidence effects when they do are powerful.
