vegetable oil - 50 ml = 3.5 tbsp.
flour - 600 (+/-) g \u003d 4.5 cups *
✅Apple filling:
apples - 500 g = 4-5 pieces
butter - 50 g = 2.5 tbsp.
sugar (to taste) - 50 g = 10 tsp
✅ To lubricate the dough:
egg yolk - 1 pc.
milk - 5 ml = 1 tsp
✅ Oil crumb:
sugar - 5 g = 1 tsp
butter - 20 g = 1 tbsp.
