Ya, so I'm a dude fit over 50. I've tried DLBs workouts... BUT I do half the weight and WAY slower cadence so it takes me twice as long! Amazing woman!

Squats 4x8 BSS 1 1/2 rep 3x10,8,6 SS trap bar deadlifts4x12 12 with goblet squats Leg press 4x 20,15,12,30 SS leg extension 10-12 pulses also and walking lunges 3x10

I actually hit lower body every day of my 4-5 workouts a week.I separate as well.Never doing the same exercises 2 days in a row.My workouts are high rep and low weight due to my age(63),and arthritis.Particularly in my spine(Ankylosing Spondylitis).DISCIPLINE truly IS everything 💪🏼🙌🏻😤

I just puchased your full flat form app. please help me to loose 10 pounds and gain some lean musles. I said that I need to loose 10 pounds like 10 years ago and don't know how to make it happen. I thought the program came with nutrition but I didn't know where to look for it. Love You Dana❤

I split up quads and hams as well because I searched for a long time for a three or four day a week leg program and couldn't find one. Then I realized that if I'm hitting my hams hard enough and hitting my quads hard enough, they both should require two days rest. So if I split them I can double my leg days and now I get four successfully and I'm seeing phenomenal growth. Calves and glutes are pretty much on three of the four days because they recover faster for me.

You forgot to talk about foot placement on the leg press. Are those walking lunges you are doing or walking split squats? Why aren’t you using the Rogue safety squat bar with the pads to do squats, Bulgarian split squats, and walking lunges? It would be even more challenging for a strong woman like yourself. Are you doing trap bar squats or trap bar deadlifts? How is M.G.? Say hello to him for me, the trainer of trainers. He has developed a lucrative market selling programs and instructions to females who then turn around and build a business on you tube and instagram getting the views and selling the programs. By the way, Erin Stern also covered calf raises on the leg press in one of her recent videos. Based on what I am seeing she is using M.G. because he is the trainer of trainers.
