Okay. I’m just like you. I don’t drink enough water. My personal trainer is holistic. The supps that I take daily are eye health because I have macular degeneration. Also I take women’s health, men’s health , mushroom blend, immune booster, bulk beberine, all of these are extracts from the earth.all natural. I take other ones also but it would take too long to list. Dana your awesome! Keep inspiring!

Do you ever take supplement holidays, time off one for awhile and then return to using? Do you think a supplement can lose its effectiveness with continuous use.? Do you ever switch to other brands and try them to compare to the brand you are selling? Do you use a consultant when you are formulating new supplements for your brand? Do you use amino acids- BCAA, EAA,?

@@commanderb-tron931 agreed, doesn't take away ANY of the effort to get there. I trained a bunch of lifters, and the amount of gear doesn't matter, it's the diet, the work, the sleep. The supplements, gear included, account for 5-10% TOPS. But haters have to hate people that are better than them

1-3 ingredient peanutbutter would be all we need if it wasnt so carb heavy and had a full amino acid profile (peanubutter only has 8/9 amino acids the body needs to survive). the fat isnt the problem, its the fact that its compounded with heavy carbs that makes it the problem. because if it was just heavy in one or the other, we'd either just need to concern ourselves with burning ketones OR through our glycogen stores...but in this case its heavy in both fat and carbs...making this NOT an ideal choice for people really trying to cut those last few pounds or attempting to shape a certain way. but man, PB is RIGHT there at being all we need for sustenance lol. I love peanutbutter, yes, crunchy only :D:D sidenote: great videos, they actually get me pumped as fuck before a workout. subbed.

If y'all go to one of her shorts she's wearing a camouflage halter top he's got her hair tied on the sides and like pigtails training with Christine nun first comes on look at her right shoulder facing you they're stubble all over that comes from yours of steroids. I mean it's bad. We all get it from male hormones or ones that are derived from male hormones like winstrol deca anavar. Drugs women would use dosages where their voice doesn't change. And then this one she's hard as nails . And when you're using the hair grows quicker because of hormones but it takes over a long period of time of using depending on the person
