Simple diet for long term morning oru whole egg edachu oru lentils noon oru 250g chicken but no fried 200g brown rice or 400g only vegetables night brown rice or any millet food or again meat like fish weekly 3times red meat is good to maintain zinc….daily fish and chicken sapdalam🥰🥰🥰 vegetables matum tha great vegetarian great illa…sugar spike aaguradu rice and other simple carbs la irundu tha….complex carb low amount la consume panna romba helpful 😎

I think you recommend Vegetables & fibre grains but People used to treat veg as white rice, biscuits, chips, snacks, fried vegetables, bread, noodles, horlicks, & all milk related products thereby surely end up colon cancer, diabetes & way for all diseases & wouldn't help gut health too.. please clarify this with one video for veggies.. Also don't convey false info about meat.. vegetables with meat is the balanced diet for maintaining good health.

Total misleading information guys.. I still don't know which research you are backing for saying meat cause cancer. First you saying protein in animal products are bad and then you are saying animal protein and other nutrients from animal food are necessary. please don't talk by the trend, if we open KZbin most of the channel are saying the same thing and still are we healthy? go and visit some hospitals you will know
