I think the biggest problem with your videos is the fact that on one hand you try to claim journalistic integrity, and on the other hand you admit that you "youtibify" your videos for engagement. Obviously your videos wouldn't do as well if you didn't try to focus on the more interesting parts of your visits, and because you need to tell a story you embellish things that you don't know about (like with the restaurant brothel), but if you're making a journalistic video essay you really cant be doing that. People who already have a certain set of ideals are going to embellish on your embellishments as if they were 100% fact and use them to push a certain type of rhetoric, and that's gonna lead to you getting lumped in with those people. Nobody else is doing what you're doing and I think it's really valuable to actually be visiting and interviewing people at these cities and places that get a lot of talk done about them from people who haven't even visited, but you either have to be just a curious youtuber checking things out, or be a serious journalist trying to make a video essay about the current events in a place, you can't be both at the same time.
