Personally I "habit stacked" it with brushing my teeth in the morning and I started by thinking of it nice and fun: "Let's get it bro, today's just another battle with your inner self, you either spend 20 minutes in peaceful silence which will make you pleasant for the whole day or you'll think of all your priorities and tackle them all. Win win so get to it!"

My motivation to practice daily is that I feel better in so many ways. I'm also a more pleasant person to be around because I'm more peaceful inside. So, it helps me and it helps those around me.

I simply do it upon waking, whilst still in bed, & follow it with some joint mobility rotations & simple stretches prior to getting out of bed. It is just part of my waking up routine. When the app is down I just set a gentle alarm & listen to ambient noise, occasionally cycling attention to the breath or bodily sensation. My motivation is that I benefit, & am a more relaxed & better person for it, hence easier to live well alongside & within the Earth.

I do my morning pages then I meditate immediately after, once I wake up and brush my teeth

think of it as visiting a version of yourself but in your mind take the time to understand yourself and the world you see will start to change through your mind.

How and why do we need to set a clear intention? Can meditation just be without any?

Setting a clear, selfless intention can help us to maintain a regular practice, but it certainly isn't necessary. If you can just meditate for the pure enjoyment of meditation, then that is great!

My medito app hasn’t worked in 3 days. First the sessions were not loading or when I played the session it paused instantly and now I just see a grey screen. Can someone help? I’ve also tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app.

I have been doing meditation after a month or so and not that I can sit for 20 min but I can't fully focus. I might be only focusing for like 5 mins in that full session what should I do?

Hello i am a 17 year old student with severe anger and anxity issue and ur app help me alot past 3 day but the thing is as a student i dont get that much time but ur app literally takes 3-4 hours to load a 20 min session. If it goes like this i dont thing i can meditate properly everyday. Like for example i have a test in the next 2 hours and i thought mediation will help me alot but this app took 1 hour and still didnt load the session of day 3. I have lost an hour of my time for preparation for the test and i am really pissed about that can u plz plz plz plz help
