@_linlin_ Жыл бұрын
@@linus6695 Not OP but the first two months you might feel like you aint doing it well, after that you will feel that you are doing pretty good, then there will be a moment where you are kind of bad again, will realize what meditation truly is and will be satisfied with whatever your daily meditation is.

Sir, I sit to meditate with an erect spine but after few minutes it starts to curve again which I don't realize while meditating. Do you have any solution for this because it breaks my focus a lot. LOTS OF RESPECT, LOVE AND THANKS to whole team of Medito.

@Medito Жыл бұрын
Our lower backs actually have a natural slight curve, so they shouldn't be completely straight. Maintaining an upright position during meditation helps us to say alert, but it is not the most important thing. As long as you are comfortable, you can meditate in any position.

Hey Steve , I have a confusion. Recently I have just came across very different type of mediations like Kriya Yoga , Sudarshan Kriya , Meditation on Chakras etc. and ironically it has caused more delusion for me , like what's the best form suitable for me. I also wonder , what's the end goal of meditation ? Some say it's union with divine , some say it's state of Thinklessness , Some say it's getting rid from cycle of Rebirth. There are just too many school of thoughts , what's your say to all this

I suggest you start by building a habit of meditation before wondering about more advanced stuff, thats what im doing, then i guess you can try them each for a week or a month and see if they work for you
@jakubkonopa5840 Жыл бұрын
There are 2 goals of meditation and therfore 2 types of meditation focus type meditation and non duality type meditation one aims to increase focus 2nd is slowly shattering the illusion of ego. Sudashan kria is combination of breathwork and meditation personally i found it rather pointless for me i recommend you science of non duality channel or sam Harris there you could get an better understanding of what these meditative insights should look like if you go to meditative insights in medito you could also start practicing non dualty

When should I do different types of meditation? For instance, how do I know I should do an opened eye meditation as opposed to closed eye meditation? Or when should I do a body scan meditation?

Sir, I have been facing the emotional ovèrload for few days. I cannot control my happiness. It doesn't let me study. What should I do? Or is it the result of meditation?
@r.atharv5066 Жыл бұрын
I am a student and I have been meditating for a few days. It has impacted my mind and I have been able to focus more. But the results are not satisfactory. I meditate to focus for more hours and stop doing things I don't want to do. But I keep on doing the same things again and again. I really want to stop doing those things as they affect my studies. Please guide me.
@GiegueX Жыл бұрын
Don't expect groundbreaking results with only a few days, research suggest that you begin to feel the positive effects the longer you practice meditation. It's just like physical exercise in it's logic when it comes to "results"

I have been meditating for a month now, but rather than my breathing, it's my heartbeat that my mind keeps going back to, is that okay, or should I try to change my practice, am i doing something wrong ? Thankyou!
@_Batman_Sings_ Жыл бұрын
It's mostly just trying to keep your attention on one thing. The breath is easiest for most people, but if you are able to focus on your heartbeat, that's fine.

I just completed 62 days pf daily meditation and 3899 minutes of meditation ,i just want to know how to be more mindful of my sexual urges and should i day dream or not ? Because i kind of love to day dream but i stop myself from doing it because i think it is reversing the effect of meditation? Can u help
@trunestor Жыл бұрын
In my personal experience, yes, daydreaming is terrible for you. There are low chances that you are an artist and need creative ideas from it. And it's only lower that it's not going to be sexual. Once I have realized that it's bad, daydreaming feels like pron to me now.

If u see his videos of self improvement good, aplly them. Dont go watch more vídeos to endulge on dopamine like most of them do. Another problem with hamza fans is thst they get to a point where they dont even have their own opinions, they just fully believe in hamza and its making them actual "Jeffreys "
