All the comments on the worker interaction is wild. Shes hired someone and is therefore their boss. I know many places that would fire on the spot for showing up that late with no calls. Either that or disciplinary action. The younger generation expect to be handled with kid gloves but allowed to voice whatever opinion they see fit. That last part of the video really spoke to me. I have Lupus, gastroparesis (which makes me nauseous 24/7), unexplained dizzyness, lightheadedness, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I've grown up as a Christian, so I've always known I need to put my trust in Him. But as I've gotten older and life has gotten harder, I realized just how hard that is. As a child it is really easy to put all of your trust into someone else, like your parents. I've hit a point where all I can do is cry out to Him when I'm bedridden and in pain. You said in your prayer, "You never waste a trial, You never waste a tribulation, everything that you give us, everything that we face builds our character, builds our endurance, builds our trust, builds our faith, makes us all around a better person." I completely agree with this. I was blessed with an AMAZING family, and they helped me understand that the devil may give us hard times and trials, but God uses that for His good to help us grow. We may not understand why, and some people will never know until they meet Him and ask Him, but so far I've seen how He has used some of the things I struggle with for His goodness. It's really amazing to think about. Keep spreading His light Gabbie!

As someone with bipolar 1, paranoia to the point of sleeping in the closet and stacking up suitcases or believing the security companies are against you does sound a tad symptomatic to me. I understand the backstory and your unique situation are factors in the ideas, though. It took me quite a while to realize which of my thought processes were symptoms of my illness but I got there mostly through peer support communities who helped me get more insight on myself and understood from the perspective of someone else with the same experiences. It did more for me than even therapy ever has. I’m in a group where people are always online to talk - voice chat or text. Whether you need feedback on a symptom you’re experiencing or if you just need company. I’m sure we’d love to have you. You could always join under an anonymous account to keep your identity covert. I hope you are able to find peace and rest ♥️

It sounds like the guy activated the alarm system by fixing the initial issue, which caused your request to arm to finally go through after a delay. I don’t think he has like free access to turn it on and off at a whim, although who knows. But you admit you’re having a lot of paranoia so I thought I’d offer a less suspicious answer. Also my partner briefly studied cybersecurity and everything those guys do on the backend is recorded and traceable, so if they did plan to rob you, they’d have to basically rewrite the entire system and rob you that same night, then be on the run forever. So pretty unlikely from what I know.

I really want you to maybe talk to a therapist about ways to deal with paranoia (being afraid of break ins isn’t unusual but to this degree it is) that incorporates legit risk assessment because I think you’re paranoia is ironically making you not be careful and actually put yourself in danger in other areas. I don’t say that to be like “oh she’s so crazy”, I say that because I really think its something that could help.

Enforcing that boundary by bringing it up and gently urging someone to text next time is not “rude” either. Gabbie was not mean spirited nor malicious. Listen, i went to church for mothers day & the sermon we listen too was about "who planted the seed". They asked us all who inspired you to go to church, to seek God, to seek our savior.. and Gabbie.. you were the first person i thought of. In my adult life, ive not been a faithful servant to our Lord, ive not trusted him, ive not let him guide me in anything.. i always push back. I had similar. Becoming a single mother, when it was just me & my kids in our home, I became so much more hyper aware that I was the last stop between them & danger. I did not sleep at all until they were at school. I'm now more or less permanently nocturnal 🦇
