Love Dorothy, her voice is so so so good and this song is so well written In fairness to us ladies, we don't mind if guys notice. We'd just prefer if every guy didn't assume we are dressing that way specifically for them. Sometimes we are doing it for us/our friends, and it isn't always an invitation to bother someone in public. Or to approach them disrespectfully. (But this doesn't happen all that often, usually a genuine compliment is taken positively and guys who aren't pushy aren't a problem. I think there's leftover stereotypes that are just going to take a while to disappear)
