Thank you for the I Almost Do love!!! It is so under appreciated and overshadowed by All Too Well for no reason!! I honestly think it's my favorite on the album! Also yes! The Last Time gives folklore vibes I think because it give exile vibes (actually exile gives The Last Time vibes)! When folklore came out and everyone was flipping out over exile I was like "Ummmmm guys nobody gave The Last Time this appreciation and I think The Last Time is better!!!"

I think you don’t see as much Red comments is because people were mad at the time that she was switching away from country to pop, and they found Red to be too pop like. Taylor also really became mainstream after 1989, so many people dismiss her previous more country work.

Wait! You missed the deluxe track the moment I knew. Oh no. You need to do that one. It’s a must listen. It’s one of her best storytelling songs, paints the picture perfectly . AGH the fan favourite album, Red is beyond underrated. And I think people rarely recommend it because it's so personal and beautiful, but it doesn't need to be hyped? It's like an "if you know you know" album, it's hard to explain that it's just the epitome of Taylor Swift. I think most people recommend Rep. and 1989 to you (and others) because it's easy to draw in new people with the unexpected "pop" sound of Taylor. And anyone can appreciate folklore/evermore, they're beautiful and I think proved/showed a wider audience how amazing Taylor's writing truly is, but they're new and they feel separate, because it's Taylor writing stories. The Red album remains *THE Taylor album* lyrically and sonically. This was her at the height of her sound, country/pop, and approaching a full shift, and the album meant a lot to Taylor.
