Tbh his teeth could be yellow due to medication or something. I took a lot of antibiotics as a baby/little kid because I got a ton of infections, and it stained my permanent teeth yellow before I'd even lost my baby teeth. Admittedly, if I was a billionaire I'd probably get mine whitened, but still. Tooth color is dependent on a lot of factors.

the most baffling thing about this routine is that yeah they're all nice sentiment, but also no one with a 9-5 job who's actively in the working class has the time to do any of it. as Kurtis said, this just proves billionaires have time to goof off in the morning. also, it was kinda funny to see Kurtis expose his caffeine addiction to us with the tea thing, lol.

"You waste more time doing nothing on your phone or watching tv" At least with those I'm not pretending to be productive. Most of the routine just doesn't seem productive, like I could cut it down to- 0.Wake up (make bed if you feel the need) 1. Take a shower 2. Make a to-do list 3. (Optional) move body and/or meditate 4. (Optional) drink smoothie 5. Go about your day So much time an effort saved. Dude just added a bunch of bullsh*t to make his morning routine seem actually busy, like he literally put drink water, drink tea, and drink smoothie as three separate steps in the routine. Edit: also notice how there isn't a single f*cking business tip in there, no actual advice on how to make money. Billionaires really just bullsh*t people into thinking doing some stupid routine will somehow make them rich.

14:22 Mediation is a skill that you practice, I used to get bored in the 3 min mark then after a while I was able to meditate for 10 minutes. Then I got lazy and stopped meditating and now I reach 6-7 minutes. Honestly meditating is really helpful, you don't have to do like 20-30mins even 5mins to calm down your nerves, reset your focus and allow you to re-prioritize your goals is very useful. It's crazy to me that billionaires can have a morning routine like that! Where I'm from, people wake up at 4 or 5AM, get ready, do a few chores, then rush to work and pray that you get there on time. I don't have time to make tea from scratch or write in my journal or "breathe" LOL! It's a completely different world for us non-rich people.

As somebody who interprets dreams as a hobby, I can actually help with that. It sounds like you’re stressed about sleeping in hotels rather than your own bed, with your girlfriend, in your home. Peeing in dreams can mean a lot of things (usually one of them is that you’ve pissed the bed for real) and the hotel is likely because you go on tours and do comedy shows. That was likely a dream indicating that you needed to take a break from live shows and spend more time at home!

Exactly, first of all billionaires constantly get asked by bullshit websites "WhAt iS YoUr MorNiNg RoUtiNe?!?" so they can write yet another clickbait billionaire morning routine article, so they are constantly having to think up interesting things to say when asked this question, so a lot of it is purely made up. But yes, the biggest problems a billionaire has to contend with are boredom and apathy, so a lot of them really do have crazy morning routines like this to help with the crushing depression of being a billionaire. Movie stars do the same thing, since every challenge and obstacle is removed from their lives, they need to fill it with ridiculous stuff like this to stop themsevles going insane. Only billionaires who have *already made their money* and are living off the profits from their investements live like this, the ones that are still working every day to make even more money just eat breakfast and have a shower like everyone else.

@@JesterSatans bro are you dumb...? Your comments make no sense and is grammatically incorrect. Simply put, a man such as Bill Gates is too desensitized to money that he'd spend the effort of bending down to pick up a 100 dollar bill. The "morning routine" is an excellent look into how little effort rich people need to put into their work life. No minimum wage worker has time to do 80% of that stuff. A real morning routine is wake up, make your bed with minimum effort, put on coffee, take a barely warm shower because you don't have time for it to heat up, get out and pour your coffee into a travel mug and drink it on the way to work and there you go. Rich people hardly spend time working because they have employees to do everything for them so they can "meditate" and be mindful of all the lives they are making a living hell with no remorse.

The thing is though, that the billionaires doesn't see that. But other people with similar bodies do, and it hurts them. I'm all for taking down billionaires, I think being that rich is absolutely morally reprehensible, but I don't think body shaming is the way to go about it since it won't actually hurt them, but only hurt other people.

15:15 Cold showers are super relaxing. For me initially before I started cold showers I would stay like 30mins to an hour every time I take a bath, I would take so long because I would get lost in my thoughts. It got to the point where I would tell my family "hey, I'll help you out with that thing after I take this short shower" and they would reply "nevermind, I need help now not in an hour" and just like when the MacDonald's clerk started to recognize and give me "the usual" I knew it was time for change. So I started doing cold showers, immediately I could see the benefits instead of taking like an hour I would finish in 3 mins because "f*ck this, god it's painful". A problem started to arise though, I would dread taking a bath instead of taking a bath for 30mins I would spend about 30mins in the bath trying to psyche myself up to enter the bath. So I started to modify the cold shower a bit. I would have warm water at the start and then when I am already in the shower I would drop the temp and end it with a cold rinse. Suddenly it was starting to click and my body was able to adjust to the cold and gradually improve. I think to get the best benefit out of cold showers you need to truly understand them, cold showers wake up the body and relax muscles. A cold shower after an intensive exercise is bliss. People also need to stop villainizing hot showers, hot showers make the body sleepy and similarly relax muscles they're best before bed. You can also mix and match showers within one bath, 1 minute very hot, 1 minute very cold there's alot of variations. Most importantly cold showers finally allowed my lizard body to adjust to the cold. My country's temperature casually goes to 70C (160F for the freedom warriors) so I was fully adjusted to the hot temperature, but when the temperature drops to 5C (40F) I would act like a lil-bitch. Now cold showers have allowed me to evolve to be able to resist scalding heat and freezing cold, I am invincible now
