I actually adopted his sleep schedule to mine since I’m a M-F work week guy. Bed (alseep) by 7pm. Up by 1:55-2:00 am. Workout at 2:45. After that. Go to work at 5:30.

If I had a nanny, maid, maybe a chef? full home gym, etc etc.. I could probably get stuff done like this that’s how people like mark can do this. Keep in mind he probably doesnt do this everyday. There are going to be times where he has to work overtime or has to do extra stuff.. mayby go to bed a bit late and skip the workout in the morning. But it's the perseverance that counts

I've watched a few of your Eat Like videos and liked them a lot. This one I was wondering about because I've heard how insane Mark Wahlberg's daily routine is. I'm a Type 1 diabetic as well and practice intermittent fasting also so this routine gets a firm no from me. I honestly don't know how you did this! I use the same Freestyle Libre CGM as you and it is leaps and bounds so much better than before. You honestly had me chuckling many times in this video, I really enjoyed it. Thanks!!

I start off my day at 2:30 AM, every day. It was crazy at first, now is quite normal but the training needs to be prior to breakfast, I just cannot eat before working out .

I'd imagine it took Wahlberg time to adjust as well. But I mean realistically he's going to bed at like 7:30pm and getting up at 2:30am that's 7 hours of sleep which is plenty of sleep. So if you got into that routine for like 3 days it will be much easier. The first day will obviously be hard because you're use to going to bed later than 7:30pm and not waking up at 2:30am. I hate to say it but try it for a week long vlog.. and see how you like it.

He's using the FreeStyle Libre (www.freestylelibre.co.uk/libre/), which is a flash glucose monitoring system by Abbott, and currently the cheapest FGM/CGM on the market. Unlike continuous glucose monitoring, the Libre requires the user to scan their sensor -- which is typically inserted on the arm -- to view their glucose readings, with either the bundled receiver or their smartphone using the LibreLink app (or third party alternatives such as xDrip+). The sensor records values every minute, and stores them for up to eight hours. If you haven't scanned the sensor for longer than 8 hours, it deletes the oldest values. Every time you scan, the data is captured and saved onto that device, and your daily glucose graphs, averages and patterns are updated.
