Billy Donovan is a vastly superior coach to Mark Jackson. In every way. Lemme explain why Mark Jackson hasn’t even been considered for another job by any organization: Mark Jackson wanted Steph & Klay to shoot less 3’s, even said Steph was “ruining the game” setting a bad precedent for kids, by shooting too many 3’s, as the kids didn’t want to work on other aspects of their game. Started a fake beef based on lies between his own starters and bench players, telling his starters that Festus Ezeli was actively rooting against their team success. All lies. Wanted executive Jerry West, one or the all time best players in NBA history, and the one who scouted & drafted all the Warriors stars, banned from team practice facilities. Told the team Harrison Barnes slump was due to demonic possession. Refused Bob Myers offer of an unlimited blank check to sign the most expensive offensive assistant coaches, to better utilize the generational offensive talents of Steph & Klay, multiple times, saying “we’re fine with the staff we have”. This is the same guy, who as an older player, actively tried to stage a coup against fellow veteran hall of fame startibg PG John Stockton, starting fake beefs between Jazz players and Stockton. He’s a toxic psycho, hiding behind the image of a moral preacher.

Jackson is not a people person which unfortunately is the reason he has not gotten another opportunity. I personally met Jackson and actually played against Kerr. If you approach Kerr he’s actually really gracious with his time and won’t big time you. I personally watched Jackson when he was in the big east as a player. I approached just to say hi and wish him luck and he looked at me like I had two heads. The owners of the Warriors already publicly said that the Warriors organization is more than just the 13 guys on the roster. It’s 300 plus employees who are just as valuable to the operation as the coaches and players. Once Jackson learns how to be diplomatic regardless of whether it’s sincere or not, he’ll get an opportunity to interview for another job.

There is some puzzling things he had done and said though. Still doesn’t really make sense he hasn’t got an interview. Here’s a quote I found from the owner: “Part of it was that he couldn’t get along with anybody else in the organization,” Warriors owner Joe Lacob said. “And look, he did a great job, and I’ll always compliment him in many respects, but you can’t have 200 people in the organization not like you.”
