I lost almost 100 lbs last year walking and counting calories. I’ve been stuck at the same weight since January. Since finding your videos and buying a good rope, I’m down 10lbs and have changed my whole outlook on my weight.

I’m almost 60 and started jumping rope after seeing a couple of your videos. I don’t have a lot of stamina yet (only a month in) and I can’t do any fancy footwork, but I can do 125-150 skips in a row, and with a few breaks, my workout time has increased from 5 to 20 minutes.

Dude, that's good. You're doing better than me, and I'm 22 years old. I just ordered some crossropes and a matt so hopefully having decent equiptment can get me to where you're at

Thank you for all your hard work, coach. I went from 83kgs to 67kgs in the span of a year, while doing my masters. At that time, I picked up jump rope from your videos during the second half of the year and at the time, it used to provide me great joy during times of great stress. It still does even now to this day and recently I nailed consecutive double unders using a heavy rope of 1kg weight. Jump rope has been my main form of cardio for over a year now and I have never looked back. I wanted to express my gratitude for your instructions in performing the jump rope tricks and the HIIT workouts. May God bless you!

Thank you for this. I’m very good at jump rope, but have fallen off my old exercise regimen (due to sandwich generation responsibilities-3 young children and ailing parent). I’m currently 227.5lbs and need to get back to my pre-pandemic weight of 195. Going to start jumping rope this week!

You got this! I know life is hectic but jump rope is a great way to squeeze in a workout in just a few mins anywhere. 💪🏻

@@JumpRopeDudes thank you! Very true. I was really into yoga, Pilates and body weight training but find it hard to get back into these. Jumping rope will definitely be easier to incorporate

I train Brazilian jiu jitsu, and when I need to cut weight for tournaments I always incorporate jump rope in my workouts. It allows me to have the cardio I need for matches, and to cut the weight quick. Thank you for the awesome content! “DOTHETHING!” 🤙

thank you again for the motivation. I heard that nugget about exercise and depression in this one. I want to share that I work from home and self-schedule a workout BEFORE I do tasks that I hate. And do them in my workout 'afterglow'. That might be depression prevention.

Glad I found your channel. I did a lot of skipping years ago for football and was pretty good at it. Hadn’t done it in years your videos got me back into it. Been at it around 6 months made really good progress it all came back. I do 30 minute workouts most days. I still weights so between sets I skip for 30 seconds. I’m loving the skipping thing again. Fantastic!

Great routine brother, and yeah jump rope I feel helps with longevity just because it's stimulating almost every muscle in your body, something most of us football guys don't do after we're done playing, glad you picked it back up!

Hey Dan! I really appreciate you. Been following since the early Brandon days and I’m so glad you kept it going here on YT. Last fall I was starting to jump and doing some walking and hiking. Long story short, about a month later I got plantar fasciitis. I’ve had it now for 8 months. 😢 As soon as I get a grip on it I’m coming back with a vengeance. You’ll see my story. That I promise. Take care brother. Thanks for all you do. You’re amazing. 💪🏼🇺🇸💪🏼

I'm 49 years old & i always go to gym for my workout for over 20 years now. & until now i never stop researching of what would be my workout maintenance now that i'm @ my early 50's. For the first time in my life why is it that only now i discovered jump rope. If from that time 20 or 30 years ago i found out that this is good or maybe best i think i'll be sticking into it... But it's not too late.. You inspired me Bro..! i promised to my self that this will be my work out up untill i don't jump anymore... 👊🏿💗

Ever since I discovered you and jumping rope, it lit a fire under me because I finally found an exercise I could do without having to go to a gym every day. I think I'm healthier now than I have ever been in my life, and that saying something. I used to be a long-distance runner. I ran ten miles a day for four years. The best thing about this is that all of the pain I've had ever since I was hit by a car in 2007 is GONE. The only thing I have to deal with now is a tight piriformis muscle from that accident, and even then, I can use my massage gun to loosen that up. I feel great, and I really owe it all to you and what you do. The icing on the cake from all of this is that my husband, who is over 325 pounds, has seen my transformation and is now making some changes of his own. You have no idea how happy that makes me. Thank you.

Hello. I have a question but with a pretty obvious answer but I'm gonna ask it anyway. How long does it usually take to be able to jump rope a full minute? This is my second week jumping rope. My shoes trip me up so I have to jump barefoot. Figured that out today. I'm just trying not to get too aggravated with myself for not being able to jump a full minute yet.

I have a mindset atm that if I need to jump rope before I eat and so if I eat before I feel like it wouldn’t be worth jumping rope anymore in that day am I wrong? Should I still do it and will I still see fat loss ?
