I don’t know if it’s changed in the last 8 months but I heard you can do 50 connections a day MAX but you shouldn’t push it to its absolute limits just in case

Just create a new account, search like what you had searched before like The niche and try to find him and say that you got banned... Try to remember what you had done to find him and just repeat

Make a new account and reach out again. Or get him on a phone call. If it's valuable to his business he's not going to care if you lost your LinkedIn account. These things happen and can be easily explained, it's very rarely going to be a dealbreaker.

Did you invest in sales navigator? With sales navigator LinkedIn is wayy more lenient upon the amount of outreaches you can do.
