The best part about this game is everything can be grinded out and not locked behind a pay wall, really shows how live services should be designed. Edit: I'm back after 4 days and got enough to buy both the Warbond and 2 sets of armor. Just make sure you get those minor side objectives.

If you play this on pc, it may feel better to put the qte on the arrow keys instead of wasd. And don't pre reload your weapons, wastes ammo. For bots, a decent combo is the railgun, shield backpack, ems Artillery. Fourth, whatever. (Not gatekeeping) Use what you want, just helpful tips for fellow helldivers! Also! I'm not sure if it works on console, but on pc when you're doing the artillery gun side objective, if. You spam E(default). When grabbing the shells, you can walk a bit faster! Hope all this helps! Small Indie Devs show everyone why it's okay to have microtransactions in your game. It's all about how they are implemented, and how badly you've designed your game to push players towards microtransactions. As far as I can tell, spending money is totally optional. It's not monotonous to just grind to buy the warbond and armors that you want without spending a cent. For those who want to support the devs, it doesn't feel bad to spend some money. If your game is good, and not missing critical elements that are locked behind a paywall - players will support you. I would 100% support microtransactions in Armored Core 6 for example - if they were to sell some cosmetic designs, colors, decals, and skins for example. The game is amazing, and I don't feel bad spending money on it. TL:DR - If your game is great and you deserve players money, then some forms of microtransactions are great. We will gladly support you and your game. If your game is garbage, obviously a cash grab (Skull and Bones), you charge a full hefty price tag ($70), and you make it as aggressively monetized as possible so that it feels bad to play if you don't spend money - then players are going to roast you over an open flame.

I thought I'd have a problem with the free/paid battle pass but honestly this is the best way a battle pass can exist in a game. i love the resourse management in this game it activates my brain so much. The way guns dont automatically reload yet you have a very limited supply of ammo makes me very concious of how i use my reloads and thats on top of the strategem system.

You can unlock the cool stuff without real money and unlike other games its actually fun to grind in this,i gotta say,if youre a fan of Starwars,Starship troopers and Terminator and huge explosions then is a must,really good fun good graphics and amazing sound design 8/10

It's only hard solo when you go up in levels, ive been playing Medium-Challenging solo since the matchmaking is currently borked and it hasn't been that hard. Gets even easier when you get more unlocks.

Tfw you pop the stim and your soldier goes full Rambo is so epic, I just wish the melee was more like dead space because it's completely useless as is since it doesn't stun even when you're surrounded and needs 2 hits to take out the weakest bug in the game
