Solid advice Alpha! I’m 44 now, & my only regret is not having enough humility to truly listen to the advice of older men in my 20s. It would’ve saved me so much pain and frustration!

Man, this hit me hard. I am in my late 20s, and it's wild how everything you are saying makes sense now. I wish someone told me this earlier, but hey, better late than never! Recently I have been exploring books on Mindbloomery (read all of them), and honestly, it's all connecting. Mental clarity and being confident really change the life. I also appreciate you sharing your perspective 🙌

The best thing I've done for me (at 30, to now 36) is change my behaviour. Think high-status, act humble. Almost every action I take I question if it affects my self-respect. If you don't respect yourself, you cannot expect others to respect you.

I am a physiotherapist and the part about helping other people making you happy is 1000% a real thing. It makes me feel like what I do matters and that’s the best feeling in my opinion. Btw I found my therapy in running, and now I am set to run my first marathon this year.
@geno51692 күн бұрын
I started running in my 40’s I ran 5k 10 k! Then I ran a couple of half marathons! Then I got bad case of arthritis in my hip! Then I took Cialis! I started getting really blurry then I lost my optic nerve!

A lot of this is well said and presented. I also did not find who I was until I was around my 40th birthday. I will turn 50 this year and my outlook and enjoyment in life is worlds different. Find who you are. Do not blend in just to blend in - but just as importantly - do not be oppositional just to be different. Everyone is unique in their own way, and everyone is boring in their own way - all at the same time. Find yourself and find your people. Shed the people and activities who lead you astray - including family. You will be better off for it. Own who you are and love who you love and life is so much easier - do not force it. And the one in here I still struggle to learn, but it is crucial - don't be afraid to fail. Protect yourself as to not go completely off the rails, but managed risks are worth taking. The lessons learned in defeat can be just as valuable as the gains made when you succeed.

I am close to 40. My suggestions - 1. Don’t get into debt. Save and invest to reach financial independence. 2. Give highest preference to your partner. He/She can make your life extraordinarily beautiful or can make it extremely miserable. Form a circle and don’t let anyone influence you both. Dream together and form great life. Marry after 32 age. Don’t hurry up. We mature at 32. 3. If you have dreams, start chasing them early as you come out of college. Don’t wait for right time. It will never come and life just flies by. 4. Read books for self development and finance. Extremely important.

It’s funny yet people think I’m in my late 20s and early 30s and other then the walking part I’m perfectly healthy. It’s hard and I just beat a street drug habit fentanyl. Not through rehab. But through spiritual intervention and now I’m so lost. I really don’t know what the future holds and I don’t understand why I’m here. This video I needed watch this years ago. As corny as it sounds I’m scared and only month back in life I’m rushing things. I’m literally close dating a beautiful woman that’s a stripper. I already know what everyone is gonna say. Please don’t bash me or call a silo or any that. People that say that normally never even had one girl let alone a girlfriend. If I wasn’t restricted I wouldn’t be this dumb. But right now until I healed and get my body back I’m gonna probably stay this way.
