Thank you so much for making this video, to not only enlighten people on the amount of males who have Ed's and also people who are clinically overweight and have ed's. I connected so much with you when you said your family fueled your bulimia, that's exactly what happened to me. I've learned to just ignore them and distract myself in a different way other than binging

I really feel for you, bulimia is horrible. I'm a girl with bulimia but I know for guys the stigma that comes with it is even worse. I really hope you find a way to get better. I've been living on my own at uni for the past two years and it only made my ED so much worse since I could just binge and purge and isolate myself as I pleased with no one around to notice it. I'm now starting at a different uni, this time I'm moving in with flatmates. Hopefully that will help. Have you ever considered going to counselling/therapy? I know it's scary, but sometimes we have to admit that we can't fight this alone and need some help. Wishing you all the best!

Thank you so much for this video. I’m a guy and I deal with bulimia too :( I recently had a lapse in my recovery. I hate it but purging is so addictive.

Your clever, you know how to count calories.....And you know all about the disorder, so how can something you know so much about defeat you - Sounds like your using Bulimia as a tool to get back at those people who teased you...and thats cruel but thats the way life goes and life is hard. What you need to do when you get anxious is to use that energy in a positive way. Your Bulimia is your body telling you to do something and you are misinterpreting what your supposed to do. You eat too much and you need to purge, when you know it's wrong ask yourself why do you need to purge...perhaps your also lazy and bulimia is an easy way out for your agenda - blaming everybody else for your problems..? Your body needs exercise, fresh air..use that anxiety as a tool to motivate you in the gym or go for a long walk. Your an animation student...computer animation. Do you binge when you are working. Think about time and the time you have left on this planet..As I noted your clever, you know all about calorie counting and what you need to do, so why are you tripping over yourself by constantly referring to Bulimia.. And the way is to walk away from your problem for one day and then when you've done one day, use your anxiety as a toll to motivate you, you know whats right and you know whats wrong, chose the right path and walk away from your problem for another day and concentrate on your life... And OMG believe you me do you want to end up having to get an operation to remove excess skin or are you too lazy to even care about yourself, life's hard remember and who's it hard luck on. You felt hurt and cheated as a youngster and slowly and surely your getting older, and now your in charge of your life. Mental illness is just random thoughts, the gears of your mind... You think about it enough, you can do just about anything, plenty of people have to take that step and go to the gym by themselves and spend hours working out their problems on a treadmill running or lifting weights or working out their daily calories...No cheat days. You want to do this, you need an iron mind.....man up and do that...!

Shut the fuck up. What do you know. And dont tell him to fucking man up you little shit. Its people like you imposing your ideas of masculinity on people that fucks up the world. Shut up and stop calling him lazy or whatever the fuck because everyones body comp is different. I myself gained 30 pounds because I was on anti depressents (thanks to fucks like you) and i became bulimic to lose thst. You dont know shit.

Really. Funny thing is with people like you...it's always somebody else's fault and never your own...Hmmm does that have something to do with not being able to keep your mouth shut for 5 mins..lol

Obviously Engrish is not your first language... 1. belonging to or associated with the person or people that the speaker is addressing. "what is your name?" 2. belonging to or associated with any person in general. "the sight is enough to break your heart" 3. used when addressing the holder of certain titles. "Your Majesty" Origin Tip Similar-sounding words your is sometimes confused with you're

Your is a possessive - it means something belongs to you. The word you're is short for “you are.
