i loved the coach to 10k it was so fun to do! I was so fit after doing this then I transitioned to jump rope.

maybe dont do your in june, its too early, your body need to adjust to that kind of length and intensity you are going to run. its just a suggestion but maybe do it in july/august that way you have given your body more time adjust to the 10 k
