I am chronic addicted for over a year or so now. I have my health declined and often have long stints when I bedridden. Slowly over time I became totally addicted to KZbin. I wake up and plan to do xyz. But I grab my phone, I first check the time, well I should check the weather right. And I am happily planning my day while I lay there so I want to hear a few of my favorite songs on KZbin. While still listening to music, I get my coffee and see a few news stories and that provides me reason to watch more videos.... At 2:43 am I realize its passed bedtime. While still playing videos, I get into bed, put on my playlist to fall asleep to feeling frustrated because I fell in again. But tomorrow, I will do it different..I won't fall in the hole again. FYI in your account info click on settings. It will show you how many hours you have been watching for I think the last week or month. And there is an option to set a reminder after being on KZbin x number of hrs. And a setting to have your KZbin to shut off your KZbin down during certain hrs or set the length of your wake hours on KZbin.

I find a lot of useful stuff on KZbin. Or discover something I never knew. I wouldn’t watch to 8 hours though😂 I’m sure you are too critical of yourself.
