Especially the secret "family courts"! The county's attorney tried to stop a hearing to have someone come raid my home to see if I had a recording device operating, they've gotten so comfortable in these bs zoom hearings that they think any "buzzing" through their speakers is somehow their victim's fault and they must be trying to shed light on what the parasites are up to in their unconstitutional proceedings..guilty concious much?? Ps it's the people's right to document crimes against them, right?...I can and do document wherever I feel necessary and I have never once asked for permission...It's gotten me in some hot water though

As a retired police officer, with over 20 years of service. This video is 100% correct. I was constantly, battling my "alleged" superiors (they hated me), over what the law states vs. their personal opinion. So many times, I was told/ordered... "Do as I say, not as I do" Ad-nauseum! That's why I retired early. I worked for three separate departments and they were "ALL" the same! The only thing I learned I was going to continue to do, what was right (follow the law). Not what was popular by a bunch of ignorant/god complex supervisors. Supervisors who were the first to put an officer under the bus to avoid taking responsibility for their own actions! That's known as... A FACT! I speak from over 20 years of dealing with that CRAP!!!

Allow me to explain the history of American civil society. Courthouses were built as societal temples to civility and to offer a remedy to cases and controversies being settled in the street through fisticuffs. Nowadays, frauditors want to bring the uncivilized confrontational behavior into the courthouse so they might earn youtube revenue. We, civilized society, will not allow that. Many people, if not most don't wish to be in court. Evictions, divorces, child custody cases, protection from abuse cases, drug informants, and more, are all in the courthouse on any given day. You arrogant pricks who live stream from the courthouse, if you had your narcissistic way, could get a beaten woman or cooperating witness killed. Note, if you believe the rights listed in the Constitution are absolute, try carrying a weapon into the courthouse., 2nd amendment and all. Are you a coward? GFY you EFFIN narcissists.

As embarrassed as I am to admit it, I am from Georgia. This "Good Ole Boy" type of policing and politics still goes on in a lot more places and in a lot more ways than you think. As sad as I am to say, in these parts, when you go to court, the idea that you are innocent until proven guilty doesn't apply. If you're in trouble, you'd better be able to prove that you didn't do it. My hat is off to the men and women who tread these waters by literally putting themselves in harms way. There's never any telling what kind of mood all of the officers you will encounter will be in and potentially, anything could happen, especially if your arrest is bullshit. They want you to pay.

Hello again from the UK, James. As someone who’s always admired the American spirit of freedom and independence, I’m truly shocked how the rights of the American public are being treated with such disdain by so many LEO’s. Things are increasingly bad here too but America was always held in high regard by us foreigners like myself, in fact I unsuccessfully tried to emigrate to the USA in the late 70’s, but got turned down due to not having the desired skills or qualifications. It’s mainly down to auditors like yourself that we can now witness the disconnect between the people and the authorities, and it’s a great service that you all provide, despite the actual threats to your personal freedoms. I can’t help but notice the general theme of so many officers being drastically overweight and unfit and totally ignorant of the Constitution they swore to uphold. Even more worrying is the level of contempt that we see they have for the public, and the lowering of standards of Police officers. They’ve created this divide themselves and it’s not going to end well for America as the rights that we all so envied in America are apparently being binned at an alarming rate. The Convid19 hoax has sped up this process by design I believe, and given the lack of political pushback I fear that things are only headed to totalitarian tyranny and the demise of the once great USA that the world looked up to. Kudos to you and all the brave auditors there who continue to expose this lawlessness from the so called Authorities, as I fear that once America falls, the rest of the west will be a pushover. Thanks again for all your valiant effort James, God bless you and yours.

At the last minute the prosecutor drops the charges or sets up to perform a fraudulent show trial. Sometimes a non corupt judge at that point can drop the charges, sometimes a defense attorney can work behind the scenes........ This is actually a perfect case to use to get the B.S. Whenever complaining about attacks on our rights by sheriffs/deputies, the place to call is NOT the sheriff, it's the county commissioners. County commissioners control the budget for the sheriff department. If a commissioner is sympathetic to the victim of the false arrest, that could result in a real problem for the deputy and the sheriff. County commissioners are also more accessible than many officials (mayors, city managers, etc). So, keep that in mind when contemplating calling in a complaint.

The most frustrating thing about these type of incidents is that they just keep happening!! I've seen numerous videos of Police Officers and Sheriff's Deputies being ignorant of (or just ignoring) laws and The Constitution and basically having little to no consequence for their actions. Qualified Immunity also helps to perpetuate this behavior as it allows LEOs to play games whiles not being held to the same rules as Mr G Public. Could you imagine a Superbowl game where a few people, on one team, have been told they can ignore certain rules and not be penalized, while all other players are being held in strictest observance of these same rules? Somehow that doesn't sound very fair to me...

2:09 - I think it's way more important to record inside COURT ROOMS! You wanna know where the real power and corruption is? .... AMERICAN COURT ROOMS. They often don't even follow their own rules. They (judges) hate being challenged. They hate being questioned. And they hate being EXPOSED! So far I have 9 recordings from court proceedings, 8 of them published and one the "judge" locked me in a cage for attempting to record! ZOOM made it a lot easier to RECORD. The only court date I got sent to jail for was an in-person court proceeding where the "fair and impartial" public servant (judge) made a choice to arrest me to prevent me from recording it. 🤔 Kinda makes ya wonder what secrets are going on in that court room huh? 🤔 The only time I was sent to jail was with the ONLY judge who I didn't record! 🤔 Yep, that should tell ya everything ya need to know about AMERICAN COURT ROOMS! Extortion substituting justice! No wonder they throw up SO MANY OBJECTIONS to being recorded. But I'm sure it's for anonymoty. Witness protection and jury tampering TRUMP the rights of the accused .... of course those reasons are valid right? What about audio only recordings though? Yeah it's gotta still be all about witnesses and jury members. It's definitely NOT to hide the EXTORTION RACKET!!!
