I'm blown away by this mobile home! Watch this Deer Valley triple wide mobile home tour.
Hey everyone, Mobile Home Masters here, I'm completely blown away by this mobile home. This is a home tour you don't want to miss! Be sure to subscribe and like this video if you enjoy please!
This triple wide is considered at mod. This is a 47x72 mobile home. The manufacturer for this home is Deer Valley Homebuilders, the model name for this home is the "Briarritz 7204." This mobile home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This home has a outside look far from your typical mobile home. I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.
Contact us anytime for information at cdcollier@regional.ms.
If your in TN and wanting to contact the dealership this home is at, please send me a email and I will get you in touch with them.
We have been in the mobile home business for years, and thought why not upload videos about something we can relate to and deal with every day.
We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”
Be sure to subscribe to the channel and hit the notification bell so you will know when we post other videos like this.
Also, if you enjoyed will you like this video and leave us a comment!

I toured one of these yesterday and was told this is a modular home. After doing research, modular homes are much different than manufactured/mobile homes. Modular homes have to be built to the same codes as stick built homes and in some cases have been found to be stronger than stick built. The walls are also built with 2x6s unlike stick built homes. There are a lot of interesting reads about the difference. Overall, the one I toured was absolutely stunning, and I would love to have one!

This one has 2x6 walls, but it still isn't considered a modular. If you are going to look at mobiles, be sure to get one with 2x6 wall construction.

Dee Dee --if the home is built in Georgia and you live in Idaho don’t you think that the frame the walls the joists would get jarred around traveling through highways. Seriously wood screws nails and anything held together are getting compromised. Loose screws-think about the pipes water and sewer.....

What a great floor plan and put together so nicely not a single wire rack shelf to be seen. I love walking into the living room without having to have the kitchen as your feature element. I love the master closet being in the bedroom and not the bathroom and I love the shape of the exterior, finally a mobile home that doesn’t look like a shipping container. Now there is the price and that’s going to stop a lot of people because by the time you find land buy it pay for the hookups towing and installation you still have to landscape build a garage and any outhouses pour a driveway fence it all in and now you’ve spent $400k when you can buy a very nice house on a city lot for $100k less and live in a nice neighborhood, city regulations don’t let you just plop your mobile home down anywhere you end up in a mobile home park or outside city limits making city services all the more expensive to hook up.

Vents in the ceiling VS in the floor, In Texas I prefer them in the ceiling because AC is more important to me than heating and it does not limit where I can place my furniture. This is a truly beautiful home but when base price starts getting over 120 to 135 grand, you start to lose 70 to 80% of your potential customers. Most people who are looking into manufactured housing do so because a stick built home is not within their budget, like myself. The price range of 60 to 90 grand is more in their comfort level, again like myself. Yes, it is nice to look and dream about the higher end homes, but reality is where you should focus your sales efforts.

I have been looking at this home now for several months. It really is beautiful and the layout maximizes all the space while giving you the look of a traditional home. I have been doing some extensive research with this floor plan and this home is an unbelievable value. I have gotten 3 quotes to have this site built. The lowest base bid was $255,000, just for the home. This price includes a $7500 discount since we both work in health care (Nurse/Paramedic. I only wish there was a retailer for this home in my area of NC.

I really have to give this guy a thumbs-up on how he toured this home. So many times when people show homes by video they move so fast through the house skipping so many rooms closets and more. There is a difference between showing a house Just for kicks compared to showing it to potential buyers. Which means if someone is actually interested in buying this home they would probably like to see every room and every door opened along with the rest of the house and its entirety.

Aside from that, the layout is right on point, the windows are in great places which maximize the amount of natural lighting and that helps to save on monthly costs for lighting (as long as it is positioned on the home site correctly), seems to have all the right amenities and storage available to help keep a clutter free living space and that shower and tub! Absolutely beautiful! I love the separation of the loo from the rest of the bath. Makes private time really private. Your statement of :"almost all homes" is factually incorrect. I have lived in stick built homes all my life, and the HVAC ducting in all the homes I have lived in since I was a child is in the attic, and the exhaust registers are in the walls right up next to the ceiling. I don't think you know anything about homes that are built in the southwest. My current house is on a concrete slab as was all the other houses I have lived in and bought. The heating works perfectly fine, and no floor vents, ever. Don't like floor vents at all. Too easy to drop stuff into and ya gotta be careful where furniture is placed. Most all mobile homes will have the ducting beneath the home, so floor vents are the norm, and the same with homes that have basements.. This is not to say you don't know what you are doing as a contractor, you probably just weren't aware.

Ours is on the celine. We don’t have issues with keeping warm in the winter. You have to use fans, and flip the button so it spins the opposite way. At least, that’s what we do. We also use insulated curtains, and socks on our feet. lol We live in North Fl. We get some cold days and nights.
@rugerdave
@rugerdave 4 жыл бұрын
Yes, since there is a colder climate there and snow, basements and raised sub floors are pretty much standard. Here in SoCal, no basements, but there are older homes built in the 50's that have a raised wooden subfloor with no basemant. The termites here love that.

Really? So you think that you can say that for every home? I have ceiling vents and there is nothing hard about keeping my place warm! Actually to me, I think it warms up the home very fast, and quick compared to baseboard & floor vents, because I lived in those as well several years ago. For me if I will not be able to have overhead ceiling vents in a home it will be a deal breaker for me! Those days of trying to figure out where & how to place furniture because of floor vents & basebord heating are gone for me!!! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Because as they get older they want something new but yet they can’t actually get up the steps that well. Because there may be an injury, possibility with out. They might have MS whatever maybe the disability might be. But I really appreciate that. I love how the front of your house is too because looks like a normal house so far with the brick post at the bottom. Then the post going out of the brick part to the ceiling of the porch. I think a home looks much better with the porch myself; in my own opinion. I have a feeling I’m gonna love this home that even seeing it. Yet these plans are identical to a set of plans that I made and I posted online on my site; to someone I know except the front side or shape is on the backside. But it’s identical except the center island. I don’t have in my picture but everything else is identical to the picture that I had that I posted over a year ago when I contacted a site to try and build me a home. Everything is fantastic. In this home here in the front door we could still see out but it is high enough they really can’t see any either unless they’re tall person.

The price is definitely outrageous. I could buy a real home for that. I paid less than that for a home in Florida with a large pool and in-law suite. Mobile homes are not built to last, and certainly do not appreciate.

That home is gorgeous. But I have to say that my home is bettering many ways and falls short in a few ways. BUT I got my beautiful home with 3 bed 2 1/2 bath, living, dining, utility, and den. My walk-in is larger and I bought mine with a deck around two wall, half of it. On property, with all utilities well done. County water with a backup well. I’ve no neighbors close by and my driveway is a 1/4 mile long. I got it ALL for less than $25,000! The price on that one would literally buy a mansion around here. I enjoy your videos!❤️

What a lovely mobile home. Price seemed incredibly exorbitant ... especially since you could see the seam in the ceiling and wall in the great room. No way I’d consider paying that price with that glaring seam

I absolutely love the lay out of this home. I like it because it makes since when you are trying to watch TV together. Also I like the size of the smaller bedrooms. The only thing that would be a nice option would be the ability to add another oven. I love double ovens! Have a great day!🙂

Nobody is paying $200K for a 2020 trailer home that looks like it was built in the 70’s. Yeah, ok. The layout is not even close to modern style layouts, fake stone, and arched hallways???? No way.

I'm very familiar with manufactured homes having lived in one for lil more than 10 yrs. 1ST, upkeep on these homes is more substantial than a regular built house. 2ND, the cost is too high. Ppl looking for mobile/manufactured homes are expecting too pay less than a regular house. 3RD, the workmanship on this unit is shotty at best. The seam on the wall and ceiling where the halves come together in the livingroom was horrible looking, the mantel over the fireplace had what looked like paint splashed on it as well as other marks of damage. And the tile work in the master shower looked uneven on the back wall. Now if I could see all this on camera I can just imagine what I'd find on an actual walk through. Sorry but this gets a hugh thumbs down in my opinion.

That’s exactly what’s wrong With people and mobile homes.. this home isn’t targeting any specific person or group of people. This is beautiful enough for wealthy people to be interested in as well as being cheap enough for the younger generation to be able to afford. Mobile homes aren’t just geared towards lower class/low income people anymore and in my eyes that’s a good thing. I live in a mobile home right now that unless I tell you it’s a trailer you would never even consider it to be one and it’s funny because I paid less than half of what I was quoted to have a home built with damn near the same design and layout so I’m much happier I went this route!!!

I apologize if I came off as a dick. I just have lived in a couple mobile homes over the years and even tho my family had money (my grandparents where millionaires living in a small town here in Kentucky) people still looked down on us because of the trailer.. they didn’t care it was nicer than most houses and we could afford to go on lavish vacations 2-4 times a year, have the nicest clothing and cars all that mattered was we live in a trailer on a bunch of land in the country...

I love the detail, and think the price is fair. The whole point is to put it on a concrete foundation and that makes it a normal home home. The only drawbacks for me on this one, there is so much attention to detail in the kitchen, living room, and master bath. I know those walk in showers are the thing now, and I love it. But, I also love an actual walk in closet, especially ones that have the little island / bench in them. Plus, with all the detail in the home, it just crushes me when I see the fiberglass insert in the guest bathrooms. I think those should have the same level of detail.
