Hey God bless brother! If I were the GM of the Suns, I would get us a Backup PF, backup Center, to help with rebound, defense and size, this offense again is stagnant not enough ball movement, and play the pick and roll when we had Monty Williams, this team is clearly missing that culture and identity spark that Monty brought to this team and shaped KD and Booker into who they are to bring the high energy especially in the playoffs we came back against the Nuggets from a 2-1 deficit, , though this is nothing against Coach Bud, but Monty's personality had much more of an impact and we sometimes can forget that, he made this team and locker room into a family, and CP3 really shaped Monty in real life as well and that's what made the Suns so special yes Monty wasn't a perfect coach and got some ex's and os wrong with certain position players into making Laundry Shamet to initiate the offense but I truly believe our offense with Monty was much more fun to watch and we play catch and shoot, yes I get it Bud may not have that character and charisma like Monty did, different profile of coach let's see if Bud can get those role players he wants to implement his system besides shooting the 3 ball constantly before we can fully judge coach Bud end of the season and all.

If you can move Beal and Nurk for piece that fit better, that's the only method for a 'retool'. If not, blow it up. Only players who should be off limits are Oso and Dunn. Don't move Beal if it means giving up assets. Don't move Nurk if it means giving up assets. Get your picks back. Fans will grieve what could have been but it's easy to get over things when there's a reason for hope again.

Blow it up. I'm sorry it has to come to this, but sometimes things are just meant to come to an end. Don't feel bad about losing the energy, I think both the team and the fan base are demoralized. Win or lose, Phoenix Suns for life, but moving on the margins ain't gonna cut it. And Butler only makes sense to offload Beal's contract, but then again, we would probably have to extend him, which is bad.

I think you delivered this perfectly for how we all feel about this team. Changes are necessary we have been preaching that but now its a requirement. From being up 2-0 in the finals to getring worse every year after is so disheartening. We're at the point now where we're a bottom of the barrel team. I was star struck with the Beal trade when we made it but I honestly think we would have been better off trading Chris Paul for a younger point guard or a solid role player like I originally predicted we would do. Ayton wanted more shots and seemed to be annoyed by Monty Williams, we could uave given him more shots by making him a third option and we obviously got rid of Monty.

So many thoughts! I wish we had the luxury of letting the Beal off the bench play out to see how it could work long term. It's really frustrating that this wasn't the plan with him from the beginning, seeing how much overlap there was with him and Booker. We need some toughness and leadership on this team, and with Butler being kinda the poster child for those attributes, it makes us fans kinda simp for him over here. But while it would improve this team, they're not winning crap this year, and I don't think he'd be a long-term fix. Butler has his own baggage, and having him getting into cock fights with KD in the locker room would go just as well as it did with him and Draymond. What killed us tonight was our complete lack size. The defense wasn't [always] atrocious, but it's pretty demoralizing when you're giving up 20 offensive boards. Seeing Bridges have a big game made me remember the Suns were trying to land him here, but then he did something naughty, so the market dried up for him. Kinda a shame we didn't roll the dice on someone like him that.

Geek keep the Faith, you still have KD and Book starting to play better. The problem is building the right pieces around them. They have to start now or KD won’t sign the extension and you loose the best player that they will ever have. You are correct and Awesome you need to build around KD and Book. Honestly tho Josh Okogie is hard to let go, and I'm liking Morris as a backup for sure. He's split pretty tough defenders many times when nobody else could make a shot. Otherwise I'm all in on this. Beal needs to go first, and I mean absolutely first

Completely blowing it up doesn't make sense when you don't own your picks. As the suns know as well as anyone, its hard to get yourself out of the gutter even when you have your own picks and you're picking top 5 year in and year out for a decade straight, so a retool makes more sense, but unfortunately, because of the second apron, pulling such a thing off will be even more difficult then it was in the past. The most clear path to such a thing is trading devon booker. His stock is probably low right now given his rough start to the season, but unlike Beal, he's actually tradable, and theoretically would even get us value in return, as compared to Beal for whom we'd need to give up assets to get some one to take him. I don't like even suggesting this, as a fan I WANT Booker to retire a sun, but there's no realistic scenario where having both Booker and Beal makes sense, and again, we can't trade Beal. Obviously we can trade KD as well, and if we are blowing it up, we must, but in a retool it doesn't really make sense to move KD. Right now, today, he's clearly our best player, and unlike Booker with Beal, we don't have a "we have a KD at home" version of him to replace him with. So yeah, again, it brings me no pleasure to say, but what we need to do is flip Booker, ideally turn booker into a top 10 center. Beal and Grayson have us covered as SG, Jones/Morris as PG, KD/Oso at PF, whoever we get for booker at Center with Nurk backing them up, and then Dunn/O'Neal at SF. Something along those lines.

Blow it up... Booker is no longer a best player in the team that we used to know. Trade everyone except Dunn and Oso for more picks or younger and more althetics players in next season. Let us be realistic. This season is over, unfortunately... This team is way too small, slow and so predictable because every team will know the ball will always pass to KD or Booker. We won the previous match with 76ers because if you notice when Suns with Oso and Dunn and without KD, 76ers were so confused during that quarter because 76ers able to predict the ball will pass to KD.

Suns problem is they don't have Wing players , the likes of Siakam, Anunoby, PJ Washington, Gordon, Daniels, etc...6'8 - 6'9 ATHLETIC wings and a real Center not Nurk and Plum. Suns is too small

Trading Book may also need to be on the table especially if he continues to be inconsistent. If they do decide to do a rebuild it wouldn’t really be fair to Book to ask him to go through another one and by the time the rebuild is over, Book may not even be in his prime anymore. By no means can JJ remain GM. Ishbea needs to hire a GM that he trusts to execute his vision and then let them work
