Hey... you don't owe anyone here an explanation. You've done (and hopefully will continue to do) a lot for the creator, photography, and film communities. Anyone thinking the are owed info about your life, your personal stuff (good or bad), or anything in general beyond what you are already planning to share are here for the wrong reasons. I am happy for your happiness, sorry for your struggles, but hope that you find comfort in knowing that, even though we don't share them, we all have those things. I've been following your channel for a while and several of your tips and insights have helped in my business. I know that I am not in your normal demographic... and i dont comment often... but, for what its worth, best of luck in the starts of this next chapter!

I confess, as a follower of both of your youtube channels it was a bit of sad feeling that y'all split, so very thankful everyone remains on good terms. Always looking forward to the next upload. I loved the vibe of the story here. Thanks for sharing. You are certainly free to protect your privacy however you feel right. But do know that most of your viewer's interest is meant with kindness and curiosity of the curious parasocial relationship enabled with social media. I'm sure I'm not the only one who'd like to know more and would be happy to hear the version you're comfortable with eventually. But if not, so be it. I hope Edmunton turns into a great new chapter.

Love the drone shots of the wheat/hay fields. I split up and got divorced in the late 90s. I met my wife, and who would become my two very young stepsons about a year later. My wife and I just celebrated 22 years of unbelievable happiness as a married couple, and I am now a grandfather. New beginnings can be scary, but ohhh so worth it. Good luck young lady. As always, I enjoy the vids.

I then moved to Edmonton and lived there for 3 yrs and loved it. I met the person who has since became my wife and we now live in the Ottawa Valley in Ontario where she is originally from. I enjoy your videos being a photographer myself and getting into video. I wish you all the happiness in your new journey. I still have contacts in the Edmonton area in the photography field as I worked at McBain Camera for 3 yrs there. Feel free to reach out if you need anything or have any questions. As an after thought being stuck myself, as many are, in this urban jungle you've escaped, it would be nice to see you share some of the beautiful views you have out in Gods land now. I understand this a purely subjective perspective for me to share but I've revisited my love for visual capture over the last while escaping into the world of film capture with a ridiculous collection of film cameras and adapted lenses, but what has really spoke deeply to me is looking at the world around me through the lens of a Mamiya C22 TLR that I acquired from a fantastic gentleman that I met and have begun to service cameras for. I can imagine you might have different responsibilities, and different appreciations for the gear you use and subjects you shoot, but if there are, or is work you enjoy purely for the way it speaks personally to you, it would be nice to see. You do share a lot, and I appreciate it is really just highlights, and you like many of us likely have much more going on behind the scenes.

Divorce sucks-I just went through one this past year, talk about a whirlwind of emotions! My wife and I are still on good terms-which is nice. Anyway, all that to say that I know how much it sucks and you’re not alone in that. And though we don’t know each other, you have my support.

So hopefully this does not sound weird. Do not think it does. Really gained alot of respect for you watching this video. As someone that has worked inthe creative stuff online there is such a fine line between engaging with your audience and not oversharing but sharing things you really do not want to but doing it because you think you have to. There is also the stuff where it is all clickbait because whether ppl want to admit it or not you want to make a living and ytube is a certain way and so etimes you have to do things. Ok, I am blah blahing.Continued success and enjoy your new adventure. In a lifetime you should have many and embrace each one with all the passion and love you can muster up. Be well and safe.
