Shuhua plays two roles, a domestic violence victim and an inspector who is investigating the explosion which has killed 1 and wounded 1. So a lot of frames were about her figuring out what has happened in her head. There is an official video uploaded that explains this MV on their channel. U can check it out if you want. The 1st person POV was chosen to represent they took revenge on their haters on the internet (basically some of us) who bullied one of their formal members Soojin. And they will have the last laugh.

Oh wow! I didn’t realize domestic violence was involved. And they are so creative! I never realized how genius and multifaceted the music video was. I’ll have to go watch it again now!

@@StageAndSoundSpectacle Soyeon was always bringing multiple layer of concepts to her production. And her members were always absorbing and executing it at highest level. They brings positive messages and raises social issus awarenesses in creative ways. This is a group you will enjoy a lot, if you choose to.

I think it helps to realise that you are not seeing the story in chronological order. Shuhua is investigating what happened and you see her trying to piece together what happened. They have some incredible MVs, though storytelling ones are more recent. Because they have creative control of almost every aspect of their work, they tend to add layers of meaning through the MVs. "Oh my god" is a fantastic example of this. I'd also really recommend the two part "Allergy" and "Queencard" MVs - they took a lot of inspiration from early 2000s movies.

Soyeon is the maid, Minnie is the black dress, shuhua is detective, yuqi is blonde and miyeon is the the red head and the sixth member is shuhua again but it's supposed to be Soojin their x member a lot of references to her she was accused around Easter they show 6 sets of prints and her birthday as well

Because no one else has said it yet, I will. It is about Soojin (ex-member), her birthday is in the MV. The girls are taking out their revenge for her, against the public and false accusers that tried to destroy her, that is who the man represents. There are six of them at 4:04 to represent them being a 6 member group and how they will always view themselves like that even though there's only 5 of them now.

The POV is an abuser, it's not one of the girls. The girls banded together to get rid of him, and the explosion was intentional, to fake the death of the first woman (who takes the bandages at the end of the video, and reveal she is fine). There's a lot of details though, including references to a past member of the group (Soojin), who was unjustly removed from the group by their company. I'm glad you're enjoying (G)I-dle, they are seriously something special, and their leader, Soyeon, is a genius. Currently, their song FATE (written by Soyeon, as usual), is the number one song in every major chart in South Korea, with barely any promotion at all (it doesn't even have a MV).

Basic story is a girl is assaulted but fights back and is rescued by her musician neighbor. Other people in the building gather in the aftermath and decide to "end" the abuser and clean the crime scene with fire to cover up the "revenge". There are many clues and references for (G)I-dle fans about a deeper story. Both stories are detailed in a video called "Is (G)I-DLE’s 'Revenge' really about SOOJIN? This it’s just the vision of one OT6 Neverland, the whole MV it’s a reference to Soojin, MV begins whit Soojin (Shuhua) in the 2021 Easter Night when Soojin’s was erased of media and we lose the hope, starts after they release I burn, that’s the explosion( check Hwaa MV), then we have Soojin( Shuhua) looking through the binoculars to all was happening, Minnie it’s Soojin the famous and successful idol, Soyeon it’s , Soojin trying to clean her self of all the false accusations, Miyeon represents the investigation itself, then we see Yuqi( your bias🥰) like Soojin alone waiting, and fighting brave against all the people to wanted to damage her name and career, we see in the hall way, confusion, impotence, pain, angry and we see how Soojn( Shuhua) it’s against the wall In the same way that Soojin stood whit her hands in her pockets, we see 6 woman’s, we got a Shuhua( Soojin) in a room full of papers, 6 fingerprints, a document with the dates of birth of the girls and Soojin's birthday is in second place 09/03/1998. That scene depicts Soojin looking for the truth despite the fact that the agency and many fans left her alone, she kept fighting, and although Shuhua collapsed at times on the floor, Yuqi alone at the window, Miyeon confused when she sees the number 5 in the elevator, Then we see Minnie holding the flame (rage/hope), Yuqi playing guitar (Soojin dream to be artist) and that's when she decides to take revenge. Enter the scene of the mistreatment, Shuhua is Soojin being dragged and beaten by the media, fans, citizens, and all viewers in general, that's why the change of vision on the camera, it's you're the one who hurt me (it's the implicit message) it's you who left me alone, it's you who deserves to be destroyed, by the way the hands are not of a man they're from a woman, In Neverland we all know exactly who is her. This MV comes out just the day in Soojin turns 100 day of her re debut, 100 days of revenge, her revenge is her smile and her love, her art, you thought I would die, you thought you had destroyed me, No, I kept dancing and I kept laughing, I kept singing and I kept growing, like the phoenix among the flames was reborn, two more references, Soyeon wipes the blood from her mouth exactly with the two movements like, Soojin did in QueenDom in the put it straight performance, and we see Shuhua at the end with her face covered in bandages two debut references of Soojin with her mask in Latata, and the first video he released when she comeback whit Black Forest Also I feel connection with X file song of I Love, you can feel also, how they was feeling in those times, they have prohibited to talk about Soojin but Soyeon never give up, she always found the way to bring Soojin’s back, my girls never forgot her sister. G Idle is a very unique group, you cannot tie them up to a single genre, the beauty about them is you be suprise with each of their release and they do every single genre they portray to a tee, as your last reaction of Super Lady, this one is very different and dark as well and they manage to pull it off and got us at the edge of our seat, you could all attribute that to Soyeon ( the maid ) she is the brainchild of this group and they self produce most of their song and mv as well.
