Congratz on the new venue. I wish I was a digital nomad I get sick of anywhere after 6 months. On the other hand being somewhere with a seasonal influx of outsiders can bring a nice vibe.

I am in similar situation - deciding between Tenerife and Koh Phangan, maybe 50/50 split a year :)... Both have their advantages. And Serbia shorter during summer/winter. But not sure about the base, would be good to have two :).
