Eric has a point, the tone he's using makes it sound toxic, the thing is, there must be a leader in the house, there must be someone who is leading, and showing people the way. Most times it's men, because we normally marry people who are younger than us, people who want to feel secured with you, and people who feel they are comfortable being your support system. Otherwise, you will be in a marriage where people are in "competition."
@pratikshatiwari70113 жыл бұрын
See you have to lead you old parents and kids there is no need of leading your they are well functioning adult , and if your spouse is not able to lead their self it's your fault that you married someone like that. Marry someone who can take charge of their self

I think Amerix is right.. women, deep down themselves, know that they need someone to protect and provide for them.. they need an authoritative figure whom they can look up to in their lives.. that's why in most cases, women tend to fall for men who share some traits with their fathers.. from my personal experience, I once found a message from my wife's phone and got mad.. she had to explain and write a message to the guy who I suspected was hitting on her to tell him to stop.. I thought that she would be mad that I was being insecure and not treating her like an adult but alas,,, she was happy to know that I wouldn't want to loose her... So even women who purport to be independent have a man somewhere or wish to find a man who will be above her
