Hi, I have a question about the seat height, doesn't that cause lower back pain, shoulder pain and knee pain, especially when you have to ride a bike for a long time. That happens to me and I just can't understand it how you guys do that? Thank you for reading my question.

Used to ride a lot around the Scottish Boarders. Some great roads however as the guy you met said, lots of trucks on on those roads. Edinburgh is an awesome city, enjoy your time there and Kudos on that ride.

Even tho' I now live in Canada, I well remember Edinburgh. It is interesting to see you ride up the Royal Mile to the Castle, generally speaking that would be nigh near impossible during August, but obviously Covid has had an impact on the size of the crowds and tourists in general. Also, in previous years, you would have been unable to cycle around the esplanade in front of the Castle, as it would have been setup for the Edinburgh Tattoo, so a couple of highlights for you to regale family and friends with in years to come. Congratulations on a smashing ride!!
