I have actually tried this recipe and your theory is correct by doubling the amount of rice paper that you use so 4 instead of 2 and reducing the time by 1 minute it does come out chewier which I like. Also I find easier to use a rotary cutter as it makes cutting the rice paper so much easier.
@SwissMissss3 жыл бұрын
Is a rotary cutter like a pizza cutter? I'm gonna Google it because if it is, I'm gonna always call my pizza cutter a rotary cutter and feel smarter lol😆 I've never heard of that before your comment so I'm intrigued

@@SwissMissss assuming you've already Googled it by now but just in case you haven't a rotary cutter is a tool used for crafting it's meant to cut rubber, leather, it's used for crafting and it's kind of like a pizza cutter but the blade is really small and razor-sharp😊. Hope I've been of some help.

@@nomedenol2237 Aww thank you so much for replying 😊 Yes, I did actually end up going to Google lol! I seen it is for crafting and such, but I still want one🤣 I'm a collector of random useful items, so this seems even cooler than a pizza cutter to be honest😆 You definitely were of service though, because I couldn't tell that it had a smaller blade etc just from the pictures on Google. this looks really fun, though i wonder if it'd have been easier to cut into strips if instead of dunking the rice paper in like that, you instead start with one edge and quickly circle the paper in your hands (so the water coats the paper on every side) so it doesn't get as soggy/soft as quickly
