RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 broccoli. Pour boiling water over it.
Salt 1 tablespoon.
Leave on for 10-15 minutes.
4 potatoes.
Olive oil.
Salt. Black pepper.
Dried garlic.
Fry the potatoes until they are half cooked.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry for 3 minutes.
1 carrot.
Fry for 3 minutes.
Mushrooms 400g / 14.10oz.
Roasted golden brown.
Salt. Black pepper.
Basil 1 teaspoon.
Dried garlic 1/2 teaspoon.
Stir and cook until fragrant, 2 minutes.
The mushrooms are ready!
4 eggs.
Salt. Black pepper.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 100g/3.52oz.
Milk 1/2 cup / 100 ml.
Mix well.
Cherry tomatoes.

Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
Cheese 150g / 5.29oz.
Parmesan cheese small piece.
Fresh basil leaves.
Add cheese.
Cook in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 1 tablespoon.
Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon.
1 cucumber.
1 garlic.
Dill.
Juice of 1/2 lime.
Mmm... very tasty 😋.

@@Der-Zauberer ich finde das sehr gut hab durch diesen kanal kochen gelernt und bin eine absolute niete darin wrude sogar aus dem kcohunterricht rausgeworfen weil ich nichts kann. Das problem was ich habe ist eher das mit den kosten komme mit einem bioessen weiter für knapp 9 euro als mit dem auch wenn ich es zwei tage essen kann

This was delicious!! Thank you for the recipe. I added some turkey sausage for a little more protein, but also love it as written. I will definitely be making it again. Next time, I might try cooking some of the veggies on my Blackstone and then adding them to the casserole as written.
